CLEANING - On departure we require you to wash your own dishes, make sure the BBQ is clean and take all rubbish to the outside bin. Failing to do this will result it additional charges being taken from your bond.
Fee for not cleaning BBQ = $25
Fee for not taking out own rubbish, washing own dishes and excessive mess = approx $50
All breakables and damages will be taken from $600 refundable security bond
Fee for Smoking Inside = $100
Makeup stains on towels and linen will be $50 each item
