The open plan gourmet kitchen with huge island is perfect for creating meals for family and guests while still being amongst the action. The kitchen and dining area expand out to the in built BBQ which is perfect for family and friends to sit back, relax and take in the pool, canal and skyline views. Better yet have the personal chefs from My Holiday Concierge take care of all the catering for you or just take a short stroll into Broadbeach to sample award winning restaurants.

There is a large floating pontoon and sandy beach area which is perfect for kids to play on. The secured front yard also has a large grassed area with a kids cubby house and even a slide There is ample room for the kids to run around or they may prefer to relax in the Theatre/Games Room and play Playstation or watch movies.

OUTDOORS & FOR KIDS

There is a jetty and sandy beach for fishing or boating and the kids will have plenty to keep them occupied with a cubby house, sandy beach area & pool while the Rumpus Room comes complete with Pool Table, and Playstation. The pool and waterfront are fully fenced.
