If you do manage to pull yourself away from the ambiance it is probably because your senses have been stimulated by the cool ocean breezes that flow soothingly through the homes spaces offering continuous respite to holiday makers. Nobby Beach is perfect for relaxing with parks and BBQ and picnic areas throughout the quiet streets making it an ideal place for family days out. Stroll along the peaceful beach, or walk up to the Miami cliff top and take in the breathtaking views up and down the coast. Then again you may decide to walk 100 meters in the other direction where the local retail village of Nobby Beach is where you can indulge in shopping, surfing and dining attractions...
Petrel by the Sea has both upstairs and downstairs bedding and living areas providing you and your guests with great options.
Upstairs you will revel in the decor that is themed throughout the lounge room, dining and kitchen areas. There is a bathroom with separate toilet along with 3 x bedrooms – Bedroom 1 x Queen – Bedroom 2 Queen – Bedroom 3 has 1 x Single Bunk bed
Downstairs you have use of a massive kids Rumpus and a second lounge area with a separate bathroom and has 1 x bedroom with a Queen bed and the Rumpus / lounge area which has the kids 2 x bunk beds that both have a double on the bottom and a single on the top which really allows you to separate 2 families or the children.
Note: Pool and back yard area is private however you can be seen by neighbouring properties - No party policy - Responsible Respectful Clients Required - No smoking inside - The property has group restrictions allowing up to 8 adults maximum. We can not accept schoolies bookings or group bookings over the schoolies period, we are also unable to accept group bookings who live between Brisbane to the Gold Coast. Christmas and New Year Bookings: If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length. Christmas and New Year Bookings please note have a 7 night minimum stay and Christmas week bookings must start from 19th or 20th of December and New year bookings must start from the 27th or 28th of December - If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.
