This exquisite home boasts multiple living areas for everyone to enjoy. The open plan ground floor design allows you to enjoy the most of the stunning north facing aspect from the indoors and outdoors or you can retreat to the upper separate living area to relax and read a book, or have a game of pool. You can watch a movie in the cinema room or chill out by the pool. The home has been styled to perfection with a Hamptons inspired theme throughout.

KITCHEN & OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING

The designer kitchen with butler’s pantry, stone benches and gas cooking adjoins the ground floor living area which then opens out onto an inviting entertaining area which is ideal to relax and capture those skyline and river views this home has to offer. You can also sit back relax or dine on the upper outdoor deck to take in the northern sun and stunning views.

There are two master suites one the top floor has its own private balcony sweeping skyline views of the Surfers Paradise to the north, it also has a private ensuite and walk in robe and the other on the ground floor with views of main river, ensuite and walk in robe.
