This residence contains 4 bedrooms with 6 beds in total, allowing sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom provides guests with comfortable bedding, a cozy atmosphere, and picturesque views of the scenery surrounding the property. There’s a ceiling fan in every bedroom, in addition, the 3 bedrooms situated upstairs are individually air conditioned. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite attached full bathroom. The two remaining upstairs bedrooms include one room with a queen size bed and another with 2 single beds. The fourth bedroom is located below, with 2 single beds and plenty of sunshine still.
There are 3 pristine bathrooms available, making it convenient for families or groups of friends to share the space. 2 of the bathrooms are complete with large bathtubs, a separate shower, and vanity too. One is attached to the master bedroom, while the second bathroom is shared by the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The third bathroom downstairs is fitted with a shower and toilet. It also holds a washing machine and dryer for guests to do laundry when needed.
The modern style kitchen space is sleek, yet functional and has everything guests may need to feel right at home. The kitchen includes a Siemens dishwasher, a Siemens five burner cooktop and electric oven, a side by side family size Fisher and Paykel refrigerator and freezer, a wine fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker, sparkling water on tap, and a microwave that is stored in the cupboard. There’s also multi-colour lighting underneath the cupboards that create a delightful atmosphere come evening time.
DINING & LOUNGE AREA:
The dining and living area of the house exist in an open plan setting, adjacent to the kitchen. This bright and superbly spacious room is air conditioned and complemented by large windows and double doors that open onto the patio. The blinds can be drawn closed using remote controls for blocking out the sun’s rays and added privacy.
The dining room portion of the space includes a huge table with seats available for 10. Family gatherings or a dinner party friends are always welcome.
The lounge area has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted TV. Excellent for guests to relax and enjoy a movie or the beautiful views of the canal.
The property’s outdoor spaces are peaceful and simply amazing. A private pool, shaded with greenery, sits in the front of the home. At the back of the property, guests can take advantage of the outdoor dining area on the patio which overlooks the waterway. You can also utilize the new BBQ which is perfect for cooking an Australian steak.
The hot water in the home runs on solar energy and the gas is LPG liquefied petroleum gas bottled.
