Located on the 30th floor in the Sierra Grand building in Broadbeach, these 3 bedroom penthouses have exquisite ocean and city views. These penthouse apartments are open planned family friendly properties offering a birds-eye view out over the ocean and city.

Featuring three generous size bedrooms, two bathrooms, a power room and the added bonus of a media room or fourth bedroom these apartments are perfect for families or groups of friends travelling together. Each penthouse is fully self-contained and offers modern luxury furnishings, large balconies, master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. In addition each property is fitted with full size modern kitchens and laundry facilities allowing you to have all the conveniences of home.

What makes these properties so unique? Walk up onto your very own roof top area with a private spa & BBQ area & enjoy breathtaking views of the Gold Coast & relax in privacy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice view We had a nice stay, the apartment is well used in condition and needs a little care and maintenance. The coffee machine didn't work, oven internal shelves were broken and we had no gas in the BBQ when we arrived. Overall it was good. It's a very noisy apartment, we had a bucks party next door over weekend and they partied day and night.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overpriced and unprofessional customer service. BBQ wasn't working. Aircon did not work at all for 3 days. Lights in masterbedroom and queen bedroom did not work at all. These issues was present in room 3004. I expect better value for money and things to be in top condition for $2300. Please save yourself the time and money and do not get ripped off by this owner of the apartment. I was not offered any compensation which I was shocked Neighbour in 3003 is constantly annoying you and wants to keep the noise down from 9pm of nwards.

The view was great and the penthouse was large enough to accommodate the five of us. What a shame this penthouse hasn't been kept maintained. By the time we left there was even a leaking shower.
