Xanadu is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic. We have high regard for our neighbours amenity and request that our guests are respectful in terms of privacy and noise.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, Xanadu has a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. As Xanadu is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "quiet time" From 10pm to 8 am.
