Located in Florida Gardens, a quiet island between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, the home is in a very safe neighbourhood and within easy walking distance to wonderful waterfront parks with barbecues and playgrounds, a popular licensed cafe and public transport. The surf beach, world class shopping and restaurants are all within minutes drive. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and Star Casino are 4 kilometres away. The theme parks are just 20 minutes away.
Entertaining is a breeze on the fabulous undercover deck with outdoor kitchen, barbeque, plenty of comfortable seating and daybeds.
The kids can kick a ball, run around safely in the fully secure grassy yard, swim in the pool or play the X-Box..
With soaring ceilings, large security-screened windows, open plan living spaces, fans and air-conditioning the entire home is easily cooled.
The kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and many other inclusions. The laundry is fully appointed with washing machine, clothes dryer, and tub. We provide towels and linen, and basic supplies for your first few days such as tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, toilet paper soap and detergents. We want you to have all you need at hand for a stress-free holiday Should you wish to order a supermarket delivery ahead of your arrival time, please feel free to ask. Arrangements can be made to ensure your fridge is stocked ahead of time.
It's possible to provide extra bedding if necessary to accommodate larger families.
The bus stop is a short walk away. This bus travels direct to the newly refurbished Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, from where you can link up with other bus services to travel to theme parks, Robina Town Centre or Coolangatta or you can jump on the G:Link light rail system which will take you to Surfers Paradise and as far as the Gold Coast University hospital at Parkwood.

Do you like sports? Want to be close to the action for the Commonwealth Games? Metricon Stadium, the host to the Commonwealth Games opening and closing ceremonies and all athletic events, is 10 kilometres away. Next door to this is the Carrara Sports and Leisure Centre, the place to go for Commonwealth Games badminton, weightlifting, wrestling and para power-lifting. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, the place to go for the Commonwealth Games netball and basketball finals, is just 3 kilometres away. The Rugby Sevens will be 10 kms away at Robina Stadium. The Aquatic Centre is 8 kilometres away. All of this is easily accessible with public transport or cheap taxi or uber ride.

Venture south across the border to explore the laid back sleepiness that is northern New South Wales. Kingscliff, Byron Bay, Nimbin and Lennox Head are just a few of the towns well worth a day trip to.
More than 1000 kilometres of bikeways on The Gold Coast link neighbourhoods, parks, beaches and public transport. There is a 36 kilometre "Oceanway'' path extending from the Southport Spit to Coolangatta which is perfect for cycling, walking or just casually admiring the beach views while the kids run from one playground to the next.
The Gold Coast beaches are popular surf and fishing spots. Should you wish to have surf lessons, go on a fishing day trip, or explore the beautiful islands of Moreton Bay, don't hesitate to ask.
