We are always available if you need assistance, however if you are going to arrive earlier or later than anticipated, please make contact as soon as possible so that an alternative check in time can be arranged.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property does NOT accept bookings for SCHOOLIES, FORMALS, HEN'S & BUCK'S NIGHTS or UNDERAGE GROUPS. The majority of guests must be over 25 years old to book except in the case of families with children.
If the purpose of your visit is to drink or party outside the building and come back to the apartment to rest and relax then great. If you plan to be loud or party in the apartment then this apartment is not suitable for you and we recommend you book elsewhere instead.
In accordance with the Gold Coast City Council this apartment has a strict NO PARTY and no commercial functions policy. It is necessary to keep noise to a minimum at all times, but especially between 10pm-8am, in accordance with Council regulations.
Please note this property is privately owned and is not associated with the management of Ultra Broadbeach, however due to the building's strict noise policy, you will be evicted on the spot if you break this rule.
GUESTS - We would love you to send us the names of all guests staying at this property. Also, the guest who makes the booking must be physically present at check-in unless previously agreed. No unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval.
CHECK IN - Check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am. As we hire staff to do a personal check in & home tour, a meeting time can be agreed upon prior to your arrival. We understand that travel plans can change so please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late so that you can be welcomed, given a home tour and a set of keys.
PARTIES - We have a strict no party & no functions/events policy. Groups of friends who want to explore the Gold Coast are more than welcome. If the purpose of your visit is to party outside the building and come back to the apartment to rest and relax then great. If you plan to be loud or party in the apartment then this apartment is not suitable for you and we recommend you book elsewhere instead.

CLEANLINESS - Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes used. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
BBQs - BBQs are available in the common entertainment areas on the ground floor. Bookings are made at the front desk of the building. A deposit is required to make a booking to ensure the BBQ isn't left in a mess
THEATRE ROOM - Bookings for the theatre room are made at the front desk. No food or drinks are allowed inside.
