Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on Burleigh beachfront.

Boasting magnificent beach, ocean and Burleigh headland views, this location is unbeatable with Burleigh beach flagged area and surf club right out front.

Rated by trip advisor and Stayz as one of the top 5 beaches in Australia, Burleigh has something for everyone.

On arrival, park your car and experience everything Burleigh has to offer on foot with shops, first class restaurants, cafes and bars a 2 minute walk away in the James Street precinct.

In the morning watch the sunrise over the headland and check out the waves on the famous Burleigh point break from your balcony. Alternatively, sit up on the headland under the pandanus trees as the sun sets, eating your fish and chips while watching the surfers enjoying their last waves of the day.

Relax on the beach, take a dip in the ocean or lie by the heated pool.

Leisure options abound with walking trails through the national park or along the esplanade which also offers running paths and exercise equipment with a view.

A security deposit of $300 is required with the balance, to be refunded after departure provided there is no damage to the apartment or contents.

Kilometres of walking/cycling tracks along the esplanade foreshore and through the national park offer an endless supply of exercise and leisure options with amazing views.

The James Street shopping precinct a 2 minute walk away has something for everyone including shops, cafes, eateries and bars whilst the award winning "Fish House" restaurant is next door and Rick Shores and Oskars are across the road.

Don't forget the Burleigh Surfclub also across the road for a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Village Markets at Burleigh are on the first and third Sunday of the month.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a 10 minute drive away and Movie World, Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and Wet'n'Wild theme parks are a 30 min drive away. Tickets and tours can be arranged through reception.

Gold Coast Airport is a 15 minute drive away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome property!! My family of 5 states here and absolutely loves it. The location is perfect, so close to the beach, cafes and public transport. The views are beautiful and the apartment is set up so well for families. Owners of the property went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Great value for money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super place for families to stay The unit was bigger than I expected from the online photos but, as there were no photos of the bathrooms and laundry when I was booking I thought they would be old fashioned and perhaps unappealing. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was also pleased to see the children's plastic plates, bowls and cups as we had 3 grandchildren aged 3 to 5 with us. Family who visited us while we were in Queensland were also impressed with the unit. The spa was under repairs/renovation when we were there but it is very big, under cover, protected from the wind and will be able to cater for many guests at a time. We were aware that it was going to be unavailable while we were there and that we could use the pool and spa next door. Future guests, you have even more to look forward to during your stay. The location was a major attraction for us because it is so easy to do so much with just a short walk. The owners were very easy to communicate with and obviously put in effort to ensure their guests are comfortable. We will be happy to stay again. Thank you for a great holiday.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect location My wife and I stayed with my daughter, son in law and our 3 grandsons, there was plenty of room for all of us and we were all very comfortable. With this fantastic position, you just park your car in the secure car park and forget it! Every thing you need is in walking distance, beach, restaurants, shops, bus stop. The beds were very comfortable and the view is amazing. We hope to make this an annual event.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good location Clean and comfortable but would benefit from double glazing! The traffic noise through the night disturbed us throughout the stay. Disappointed that the pool and spa were under renovation. Property didn't have much by way of information for visitors except some old magazines and although clean and comfortable looks ready for some upgrading.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic accommodation for large family We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment was perfect for our requirements. Comfortably sleeping two adults and five of our children, the self contained facilities included everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The location provided easy (walking) access to a great beach, local restaurants and other outdoor activities. The secure apartment car park proved very handy. Overall very impressive and if available we wouldn't hesitate returning for a future stay, particularly also considering the clear and helpful communications provided beforehand on all necessary arrangements.
