Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on Burleigh beachfront.

Boasting magnificent beach, ocean and Burleigh headland views, this location is unbeatable with Burleigh beach flagged area and surf club right out front.

Rated by trip advisor and Stayz as one of the top 5 beaches in Australia, Burleigh has something for everyone.

On arrival, park your car and experience everything Burleigh has to offer on foot with shops, first class restaurants, cafes and bars a 2 minute walk away in the James Street precinct.

In the morning watch the sunrise over the headland and check out the waves on the famous Burleigh point break from your balcony. Alternatively, sit up on the headland under the pandanus trees as the sun sets, eating your fish and chips while watching the surfers enjoying their last waves of the day.

Relax on the beach, take a dip in the ocean or lie by the heated pool.

Leisure options abound with walking trails through the national park or along the esplanade which also offers running paths and exercise equipment with a view.

No pets allowed. Apartment and complex are non-smoking.

A security deposit of $300 is required with the balance, to be refunded after departure provided there is no damage to the apartment or contents.

Kilometres of walking/cycling tracks along the esplanade foreshore and through the national park offer an endless supply of exercise and leisure options with amazing views.

The James Street shopping precinct a 2 minute walk away has something for everyone including shops, cafes, eateries and bars whilst the award winning "Fish House" restaurant is next door and Rick Shores and Oskars are across the road.

Don't forget the Burleigh Surfclub also across the road for a casual breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Village Markets at Burleigh are on the first and third Sunday of the month.

Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a 10 minute drive away and Movie World, Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and Wet'n'Wild theme parks are a 30 min drive away. Tickets and tours can be arranged through reception.

Gold Coast Airport is a 15 minute drive away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Location. Great Apartment. Obliging Hosts. We stayed here for 8 nights with our four young kids. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the layout worked perfectly for our family. The location is possibly the best you can get in Burleigh Heads - Surf Club and flagged beach directly across the road, and a short stroll to the cafes and restaurants of James street precinct (the cafe right behind us also had great coffee). The view is outstanding, and we were often happy just relaxing in the unit as a result. We found the hosts very helpful with our booking and with all the information we needed during the stay. We will be back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic property and location Great unit that comfortable slep 4 adult males, perfect location across the road from the beach. Balcony overlooking beach perfect for a family or friends to sit and have eafternoon drinks or snacks. Simple access to unit and owners provided great service and ensured we had a great stay. Underground secure parking a big plus as parking is tricky in the area.

The unit was well equipped and had everything necessary. We loved the pool and spa. Would highly recommend to any family wanted a great apartment in a great location.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Location and lovely apartment We'd never been to Burleigh Heads before and really loved staying there. It's a great beach with lots of parks for our young family and great cafe's and restaurants all easy to stroll too. The area is not overly commercial, it's very relaxed, a little creative, and very family friendly! The apartment was fantastically located (there are restaurants and cafe's just next door and the beach opposite is lovely. Great long walkway along the coast and into the headland too) and very spacious. The spa, outdoor shared BBQ and swimming pool were a bonus and we used them daily. It was modern, clean and well equipped and Jane was very easy to communicate with, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment and also the area of Burleigh Heads. We'd love to return one day.
