Description

Ocean Plaza sits on the beachfront in the very heart of iconic Coolangatta. Its location on top of the newly refurbished "The Strand" Shopping Precinct allows the convenience of direct lift access to two major brand supermarkets, Timezone, Tapas Bar, cinema complex, Medical Centre/Chemist, Library, restaurants, cafes, clothing outlets and more that lead directly outside to what is arguably one of the Gold Coasts best known beach destinations.

This spacious light filled, 2 bed roomed, 2 bath north facing apartment is situated on the third level of the resort - conveniantly - the same floor as the swimming pool, gardens and barbeque facilities. It is also located on the eastern edge of the building and remains cool with additional privacy all year round.

Fully self contained - including linen and towels, you have secure undercover parking and a view through to the Greenmount end of the beach from the master bedroom. There are also extensive Coolangatta and Tweed Heads city views throughout the rest of the apartment. The EXCLUSIVE use of the enormous 8 x 14 metre rear balcony the only one in the building overlooks the resorts two tennis courts and is an absolute bonus. It is the perfect place to chill/ relax and read a rather fabulous book.

Both Coolangatta and Greenmount Beach Surf Club are literally a stones throw away with Twin Towns a short stroll along the esplanade. A shady children's playground is directly opposite the complex next to the beach.

Ocean Plaza is perfect for families/couples and retirees looking for an ideal escape at an affordable price. Gold Coast/Coolangatta airport is only 5minutes away. This resort holiday location is practically unbeatable.

THERE IS A STRICT NO "PARTY" & NO "SCHOOLIES" POLICY AT THIS RESORT

Failure to adhere to this policy will result in loss of bond, total cost of stay and instant eviction. Loss of full deposit will apply if you fail to notify us upon booking that you are a schoolie or school leaver. A "SCHOOLIE" IS A SCHOOL LEAVER. Wether you are joining the Surfers Paradise festivities or not is irrelevant. Please contact us directly if you are unsure

Guests under the age of 21, must have parental attendance throughout their stay. Parents are expected to complete the booking in their name, and be of attendance upon check in. Parents of under 21 year olds are expected to be staying within the apartment for the full booking duration. ANY breach of this policy will result in a complete loss of all monies supplied.

All prices on the booking calendar are actual prices UP UNTIL the 3rd of April 2018. As you will notice, all prices FROM this date state $167. This is simply an average cost of our rates over the year and does not depict in any way, the actual rates for the night. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great holiday location This is a fantastic location for a beach holiday. Within walking distance of two surf clubs and numerous other clubs including Twin Towns, and its location in the Strand Shopping complex provides more cafes and coffee shops than you could ever need, as well as Woolworths and Aldi on your doorstep. Noni is a terrific host, providing a wealth of information and tips on arrival. Cannot rate this apt highly enough

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything you need We've just returned from a week's stay at Coolangatta. This is the best spot we've stayed at. For a young family, it is awesome. The location is convenient to say the least, it has everything. The apartment is spacious, clean and we'll laid out. Logan greeted us with warmth and made us feel very welcome. I can't say I've seen such a well equipped apartment for kids, from the games to the beach toys, our kids just loved it. We'll be back for sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent apartment Perfect location when with kids! The apartment had a toy cupboard , time zone and woolworths and a chemist are in the same complex . A million restaurants within walking distance , beach and 2 parks across the road . Apartment was huge so you didn't feel too confined with kids . We would stay there again if we ever head back that way.

Location was terrific straight across from the beach but of course the option to use the resorts facilities like the pool! The direct access to The Strand shopping centre made easy for last minute groceries, although one is spoilt for choice with the number of cafes/restaurants so close to the apartment. The apartment itself was very comfortable, including the master bed. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher made life easy and all worked perfectly. Nothing was a hassle. We would definitely return to the location and apartment. Couldn't ask for a nicer owner to deal with! Thanks Noni
