The EXCLUSIVE use of the enormous 8 x 14 metre rear balcony the only one in the building overlooks the resorts two tennis courts and is an absolute bonus. It is the perfect place to chill/ relax and read a rather fabulous book.
Both Coolangatta and Greenmount Beach Surf Club are literally a stones throw away with Twin Towns a short stroll along the esplanade. A shady children's playground is directly opposite the complex next to the beach.

Failure to adhere to this policy will result in loss of bond, total cost of stay and instant eviction. Loss of full deposit will apply if you fail to notify us upon booking that you are a schoolie or school leaver. A "SCHOOLIE" IS A SCHOOL LEAVER. Wether you are joining the Surfers Paradise festivities or not is irrelevant. Please contact us directly if you are unsure
Guests under the age of 21, must have parental attendance throughout their stay. Parents are expected to complete the booking in their name, and be of attendance upon check in. Parents of under 21 year olds are expected to be staying within the apartment for the full booking duration. ANY breach of this policy will result in a complete loss of all monies supplied.
All prices on the booking calendar are actual prices UP UNTIL the 3rd of April 2018. As you will notice, all prices FROM this date state $167. This is simply an average cost of our rates over the year and does not depict in any way, the actual rates for the night.
