The house itself is on a flat level block with a wide water frontage. The north-east perspective allows you to enjoy the sun throughout the whole day. The fully fenced pool is always a great temperature.
The grassy flat yard gives room for the kids to play please note: the yard is open to the waterfront and is not fenced so children should always be supervised while outside.
The alfresco dining area has a BBQ and an outdoor dining table that seats 8. Although there are additional chairs available if needed.
The back deck area overlooks the creek and has an outdoor lounge and an outdoor shower.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, TV/play room
All bedrooms have built in robes and views of the creek.
King bed with lovely views over the creek with floor to ceiling windows. The open plan en-suite bathroom has a double basin sink, a deep, full-length spa bath to relax and rewind in as you watch TV, there is a large shower with separate toilet.
Bedrooms 2 and 3: both have queen size beds. There is also available extra mattresses under each bed should you need more than 11 beds.
Bedroom 4: has a King single as well as another single bed with trundle So 3 beds in total in needed
Upstairs bathroom: spacious with a bath, shower and double basin vanity
TV/lounge/kids play room: has a selection of toys and board games for the kids as well as a Foosball table. The TV has access to Foxtel and TBox.
Downstairs: Bedroom, kitchen, dining room, lounge room, bathroom, laundry, alfresco dining, pool.
The 5th bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room overlooks the water and has lots of sliding doors to let in the sea-breeze. Five people can sit at the kitchen island breakfast bar for casual dining or the dining table seats eight.
There is a large wall mounted TV with Foxtel that can be swivelled around to watch from anywhere downstairs.
There is a downstairs bathroom and the laundry contains a front load washer and dryer.
After watching the sunrise over the water, settle down on the back deck in the morning sun with your cup of coffee before retreating to the alfresco dining area for breakfast.
Your day may be filled with swimming in the pool, a paddle on the creek on one of the two stand up paddle boards or two kayaks. You could fish off the private pontoon, have a swim at one of the nearby patrolled beaches, go for a surf, or go for a walk up the National Park to a water fall or a swim at a fresh water swimming hole.
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is a short distance away or take a longer drive 20-30 minutes to reach the fun parks - Wet n Wild, Movie World, Dreamworld, Seaworld, Outback Spectacular.
The tourist hot spots of Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach are not too far away or you may prefer a day of shopping at Robina Shopping Centre or newly upgraded Pacific Fair.
Currumbin and the surrounding suburbs of Palm Beach and Burleigh have many cool hipster-like cafes and restaurants to visit or if your prefer fine dining, there are plenty to choose from.
There is a small tinny that can be used on the creek without the need for a boat license, however, the boat only carries 5 people maximum and life-jackets must be worn. You may choose to take the tinny up the creek to "The Boatshed" and have a bucket of beers with a bucket of prawns while the kids frolic in the creek.

We live in a quiet cul-de-sac and the house is designed for a family or 2 families.
This is not a party house and no parties are permitted.
