There are five bedrooms with two doubles, two queens and a king size bed, located on each of the three levels. On the ground level there are two spacious bedrooms which share a two way ensuite. The third bedroom on this level has exclusive use of a full bathroom with bath or can be shared with guests using the common area where an additional 2 single beds can be set up. A separate laundry with washing machine and dryer is also located on this level. On the middle, street level there is a fourth bedroom which is adjacent to the third bathroom and seperate toilet, shared with the occupants of the fifth bedroom on the top level. The largest bedroom with the King bed overlooking the pool and garden is on the top level.
The middle level is the communal household living space with a modern kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave. The open plan dining and lounge area is bathed in beautiful sunlight during the day courtesy of the full length A frame glass frontage. This space is warm and welcoming with its vibrant colour scheme and relaxing hues. Original artworks and photographs make this space unique and even the 18 year old Moran lounge has survived the tests of time and maintains that sink in feeling that a quality lounge should. The oval dining table is perfect for accommodating a crowd and can seat 12 people cosily with extra chairs. If outdoor dining and use of the BBQ is preferred, the front deck on the street side, with its easy access to the kitchen is ideal. Alternatively you can chill on the outdoor lounge, sip coffee or cocktails and plug in your favourite tunes to the outdoor speakers.
The back deck on the pool side can be accessed through the back kitchen door. This back area and deck is a little tired and in need of some TLC but is lovely for morning coffee and to supervise competent young swimmers in the pool. Access to the pool area is down the internal stairs.
Guests have full access to the house and property and most importantly access to the chook pen to collect eggs from our 6 girls on a daily basis in exchange for feeding them.

Other things to note
The sealed driveway may appear steep but can be mastered in no time.
The shed and indoor store room are not available.
The pool has certified fencing.
The back deck has older style horizontal balustrading which may me tempting for small children to climb.
The bathrooms are original but clean.
Pets are welcome but can't be the type who like to hunt our chickens. The chickens are fenced in a pen.
