Dear Valued Guests,
Welcome to our home We are excited for you to stay here and hope you enjoy your time on the Gold Coast. Please feel free to let us know if you need anything or if you have any concerns. We are here to assist you in any way that we can.
We have lived in the Palm Beach, Elanora for 30 years. Great Area and beaches We have lived here for 4 years as it is new estate and have great neighbours. We expect guests to respect this and not play loud music after 9pm. Please let us know in advance if you are having visitors. They Must leave by 10pm.
Basic amenities have been provided including shower, toilet, bathroom and kitchenette. You also have a washing machine if you need to do laundry. A clothesline and pegs are outside.
Also provided is tea and coffee making facilities, some milk and fruit in the fridge. There are a selection of cereals and condiments in the cupboards, a loaf of bread & butter is also supplied for your convenience.
There is a BBQ around the pool side you can use. Please make sure that the gas is turned off after use and the BBQ is thoroughly cleaned. If unsure on how to use, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help you enjoy your stay.
There is a list of TV channels available further in this folder. All instructions of any electrical items in the second drawer in the kitchen.
Smoking is permitted ONLY in area outside your entrance, Please dispose of your cigarettes afterwards. No smoking inside apartment or underneath covered areas.
Recycling and general garbage bins are provided in the undercover car park.
One free car park is available for guest staying. Please park your vehicle on the outside of the driveway we do not accept liability for loss of to cars and their content.
Pool hours are from 8am to 8pm. Use is for residents and Guests ONLY. No glass poolside please. There are pool toys in the pool area. Please put back after use.
Whats Close and Getting Around
The closest grocery store is 19th Ave Shopping Centre, which is just down the hill about a 5 minute walk. We also have the Pines Shopping Centre which is 2.5 klms away. You are minutes away from all the action as Currumbin will set the stage for some of the fastest most competitive road action at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games and will have the best seats in the house. There are also a number of different shops, banks,bars,restaurants nearby. Please let us know if you are searching for a specific type of store or restaurant, and we can point you in the right direction
There is a wonderful, family friendly park on the lagoon at Palm Beach Parklandslocally known as the Pirate Ship Park. The beautiful open space parklands, overlooking Palm Beach, are a great location for a game of cricket or footy or a barbeque with friends. There is also easy access to the surf beach with wide pathways great for walking or cycling.
It has a great Pirate ship and playground for the children to explore. The beaches are safe and beautiful and family pet friendly. A perfect day out with the on-site Dune Cafe offering breakfast and lunch from 7.00am.
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary at 28 Tomewin Street, Currumbin is only 4.6klms away. Amazing Australian Wildlife, you can cuddle a koala, feed a friendly Kangaroo, experience the wild lorikeet feeding, free flight bird show and Australian Sheep Shearing. Witness Aboriginal presenters perform didgeridoo and dancing show, test your physical ability on the Adventure Parc High Ropes Course, let the kids loose on Wild Island, the fun filled outdoor adventure playground and see their wonderful vets in action within the Wildlife Hospital precinct.
Also located here on the Village Green every Friday night from 4pm to 9pm are the Sanctuary Markets which has a strong focus on local and international foods as well as a variety of arts and crafts. The venue is fully licensed. No BYO permitted.

Elanora is derived from an Aboriginal word meaning “home by the water”. Elanora is located between Tallebudgera Creek and Currumbin Creek, 12 klms west-north-west of the coastal border town of Coolangatta and 94klms south-southeast of Brisbane, the State Capital.
Our home has Internet that you may connect to via wireless. The SSID is DODO-C140-2Gext. The password will be supplied when you arrive. Let us know if you have any issues connecting to the Router. Please do not download movies or series as the amount of data available is limited.

We have Merlins Pizza , Kebas, Fish and Chips, Sushi, Woolworths just down the road at the 19th Ave Shopping centre. You can also log onto . You also have and plenty more restaurants in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast Highway. If you weren't to keen on public transport you can call a Uber which is like a Taxi but cheaper.
We have 2 dogs and a Guinea Pig. Bozz and Rocco are our dogs Bozz years English Staffy and Rocco 3 years old American Staffy cross Mastiff both very friendly and would love to greet you.
We kindly ask that you checkout of the house before 10am. This will ensure that we have time to properly clean the house in preparation for other guest checking in. Let us know if this is going to be a problem and we will try to make arrangements that better suit your time. When you checkout, please leave your house key on the kitchen bench inside apartment.
