With your own street frontage, and big sized living area throughout, you have a capacity of up to 11 persons plus infants to holiday in comfort, offering the perfect holiday house location for the whole family or group of fun seekers wanting to be right in the heart of Theme Park Country.
Please note this property will have an addition of a fantastic NEW POOL being completed in August and will be available for your use if your stay is after August 2016.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, includes lounges and comfortable sofa beds in the second living area, allowing a group/family capacity of up to 11 persons. The Anaheim Park Lodge is beautifully located adjacent and with views to a large children's adventure playground in the well maintained council parkland. The house provides guests with private and spacious areas to relax inside or outside the home.
The large main lounge room is seperate from the kitchen and dining area providing a large cosy space to relax. A heated outdoor Spa Pool is also there for your private use on the large timber decks.

The bedding configuration is as follows, 3 bedrooms plus living area bedding with:
2 x queen bedrooms,
1 x bedroom with 2 singles (bunk style) and a double with single above (bunk style)
Family living area with fold down bed – great for one person
and a 2nd large living area room with double Sofa bed. Single Day bed and trundle underneath.
10 Beds in Total.
Indoors you can rest with tastefully decorated modern furniture and air conditioned comfort in the main living area with ceiling fans in all four bedrooms.
The main lounge is great for playing music via the bluetooth sound deck, or watching the 55Inch LCD television with surround sound speaker system. You are also able to cook up a gourmet delight in the large entertainers kitchen.
Outside you will enjoy the well maintained surrounds with great holiday facilities including outdoor dining and gas barbecue and lets not forget that HOT SPA - bring on the good times!
Theme Park Central....
Within walking distance from the front door is the famous Dreamworld (1klm) and Whitewaterworld (1klm) front gates. And its only a 5 minute drive to the other Gold Coast major theme parks of Movieworld, WetnWild, and the magnificient Australian Outback Spectacular show (4klm).
If you have had enough thrill ride action, then the Gold Coast beaches, and Seaworld (20klm) are only a twenty minute drive away.
The Coomera location is also the doorway to our beautiful hinterland wine trails of Tamborine Mountain, and the boating, fishing and Golf havens of Sanctuary Cove, and Hope Island, complete with many great restuarants and pubs that are all in and around the local area.
Woolworths supermarket is less than a kilometre away with many other shops and facilities in the centre to provide for your holiday needs. The Major tourist shopping centres of Westfield and Harbour Town Outlet shopping are also both less than 10 minutes away with Surfers Paradise only 25 minutes away.
You can be in , Coolangatta airport in 35 minutes. Brisbane airport is only 45 mins by car. Pick up bus at on the nearby transport route can take you to Helensvale station and catch a train directly to the Brisbane airport.

How to get there???
Coomera is located 40 minutes from Brisbane Airport by car and 60 minutes directly from the aiport door by train. The Coomera train station is less than 1 kilometre away.
The Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta is 40 minutes south.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.The below applies to persons over the age of 21 years. (We do not accept bookings made for persons under 21yrs of age). Sorry NO schoolies
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and sorry no schoolies. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Arrival - check in is from 3pm however this is flexible depending on availability. It is necessary to contact the property manager with your arrival time so as they can arrange to meet, greet and hand over keys and remotes to the villa.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. A full departure check list is available at the property for your assistance.Check-out time is 10.00am at the latest, (unless otherwise arranged) to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

A credit card surety is payable on check in. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
All linen and towels are supplied. A small selection of amenties will be provided on arrival ie toilet paper, soap, tea and coffee, to get you started.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
