Anaheim Home 2 is one of two separate and private homes. With your own street frontage, and tiled lockup garage these side by side homes both have a capacity of 10 person total 20 persons possible, offering the perfect holiday house location for the whole family or group of fun seekers wanting to be right in the heart of Theme Park Country.
Rent one or both of these 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes, including comfortable sofa beds, allowing a total group/family capacity of up to 20 persons. Each home provides guests with a quiet and spacious private retreat to relax. Both inside and outside areas provide a wonderful place to enjoy your surrounds. Both homes each offer a private barbecue, dining & entertainment area featuring a seperate and private 8 person heated outdoor Spa Pool with inbuilt mood lighting. Also something for the kids, young and old - Arcade Gaming Machine, with 60 games, like your favourites, Pac Man, Galaxin, Space Invaders and Donkey Kong just to name a few....
The bedding arrangements are:
1 x Queen in the ensuited Master Bedroom
1 x Double in the 2nd Main Bedroom
4 x singles in the 3rd Bunk Bedroom
1 x double sofa bed for extra guests in an area off the lounge.

Indoors you can rest with tastefully decorated modern furniture and air conditioned comfort in every room whilst playing music , watching the 42Inch LCD television with surround sound speaker system or cooking up a gourmet delight in the entertainers kitchen.
Outside you will enjoy the tropical garden surrounds with great holiday facilities including a sheltered day lounge and gas barbecue and lets not forget that 8 SEATER HOT SPA - bring on the good times

Within easy walking distance from the front door is the famous Dreamworld 1klm and Whitewaterworld 1klm front gates. And its only a three minute drive to the other Gold Coast major theme parks of Movieworld, WetnWild, and the magnificient Australian Outback Spectacular show 3klm.
If you have had enough thrill ride action, then the Gold Coast beaches, and Seaworld 20klm are only a twenty minute drive away.
The Coomera location is also the doorway to our beautiful hinterland wine trails of Tamborine Mountain, and the boating, fishing and Golf havens of Sanctuary Cove, and Hope Island, complete with many great restuarants and pubs that are all in and around the local area.
Coles supermarket is less than a kilometre away and the Major tourist shopping centres of Westfield and Harbour Town Outlet shopping are both less than 12 minutes with Surfers Paradise only 25 minutes away.
You can be in , Coolangatta airport in 35 minutes. Brisbane airport is only 50 mins by car. Pick up bus at front of complex to take you to Helensvale station and catch a train directly to the Brisbane airport.

Coomera is located 40 minutes from Brisbane Airport by car and 60 minutes directly from the aiport door by train. The Coomera train station is less than 1 kilometre away.
The Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta is 40 minutes south.
If you love the Gold Coast theme parks then this holiday home will be a great place to return to, saving you time and money whilst ensuring you have a great holiday experience at home.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and sorry no schoolies. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Arrival - check in is from 3pm however this is flexible depending on availability. It is necessary to contact the property manager with your arrival time so as they can arrange to meet, greet and hand over keys and remotes to the villa.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. A full departure check list is available at the property for your assistance.Check-out time is 10.00am at the latest, unless otherwise arranged to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

A credit card surety is payable on check in. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.
All linen and towels are supplied. A small selection of amenties will be provided on arrival ie toilet paper, soap, tea and coffee, to get you started.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.
