Villa on Dolphin offers a peaceful getaway for your enjoyment whether it is for a romantic hideaway, beach getaway with a group of friends or a place where your family can enjoy quality time together. As parents and keen travellers, we look for holiday accommodation that offers not only comfort and convenience but great value for our hard-earned money. This is our aim. We want to provide great value for money for those who, like us, can't justify paying $150 upwards per night for a single hotel room. This is not a new property but it is clean, spacious, comfortable and affordable.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The villa is spread over 5 split levels which provides plenty of opportunity for guests to enjoy their own space.
The kitchen is conveniently located on the first floor, along with the open plan dining/TV area, which opens out onto a spacious timber deck with barbeque and dining setting. Parents can entertain on the deck while still keeping a close eye on young children in the TV area. There is also powder room and separate laundry with dryer and washing machine on this level.
Alternatively, the older children may like to retreat to the large carpeted main living room which is located on the second level. This room provides a comfortable and spacious area for all guests to enjoy. There is also a bedroom/Study on this level that contains a single bed.
The third level contains two bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 single bunks with a roll out, sleeping 3 people. The second bedroom contains a Queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a separate toilet and a modern bathroom with double vanity and large shower.
The fourth level contains an extra large main bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, walk-in robe and luxurious ensuite containing a spa bath, double vanity and double shower that is sure to impress.
The top level offers a rooftop balcony.
The property has ducted air conditioning throughout. It is securely gated with a double garage. There is off street parking available for 3 cars in total. A remote is provided to open the gate and garage.
The duplex is set up to be a home away from home. It is not a hotel so is not serviced daily.
We have tried to provide guests with the regular facilities they have at home so there is the option to grocery shop and cook/barbeque at home to avoid eating out every meal minimising holiday costs.
Washing machine, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, ironing board, iron, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, crockery, frypans, saucepans, BBQ utensils are supplied.
Linen and bath towels are supplied.
Soap-on-tap in the bathrooms, shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing tablets and a supply of toilet paper rolls will be provided. There is usually basic hygiene goods in the kitchen including dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, tidy bags etc.
No car? No problems. Transport is readily available with a bus stop 100 metres from your front door on the corner of Dolphin Avenue and Gold Coast Highway. From this stop, there are buses that run north to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, Pacific Fair shopping centre etc and south stopping at Miami, Burleigh Heads, Currumbin etc all the way down to Tweed. This is the 700 route.
There is also a bus the 777 route that runs to and from the Coolangatta airport every 15 minutes or better 7am to 7pm 7 days per week. The stop is also located on the corner of Dolphin Avenue and Gold Coast Highway which is just a short walk away.

Standard Terms and Conditions
ARRIVAL- Check-in time is from 2:00pm. Early check-in may be possible with prior arrangement, depending on whether the duplex has been cleaned and is available for entry. It is necessary to make contact with the owners prior to your arrival in order to obtain the keys to the property.
DEPARTURE- The duplex is to be vacated by 10:00am to allow time to prepare property for the next guests.
DEPOSIT- A deposit of 20 of total accommodation cost non-refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of said deposit constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The outstanding balance must be received at least 21 days prior to occupancy unless a later time has been agreed to in writing email. Failure to make completed payment by this time gives the owners the right to cancel your booking and to re let the duplex for the original dates you booked.
While we make every effort to ensure the duplex as booked is available for your stay, we reserve the right to refund your payments or find alternative accommodation for you if for any reason the duplex should not be available due to reasons unforeseen at the time of taking your booking.
To maintain a high standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most people will respect our property however due to the minority who do not the following conditions apply.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT RDD- You will be asked to supply a $300 Refundable Damage Deposit RDD 2 days prior to check-in for security purposes. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements and extra guests beyond those declared. As per Stayz Holiday Rental Group policy, the refund date for the RDD must be a minimum of 48 hours after the checkout date. The RDD will be automatically refunded to you 48 hours after your checkout date provided that the owners make no claim for damages.
Damages or breakage of the property and its contents during the tenant's letting period is the tenant's responsibility and costs of repairs and replacements will be charged to RDD provided. The duplex is inspected prior and post tenancy. We refer you to our RDD policy.
NUMBER OF GUESTS- This number should not exceed the number on the booking form or subsequently agreed in writing email. If there will be more than 8 adults staying in the property, an additional $25 fee applies for each additional adult per night Additional Adult Fee and an additional $10 fee applies for each additional child per night Additional Child Fee.
We reserve the right to deduct any Additional Adult Fee and Additional Child Fee from your RDD for extra guests that are not declared.
CLEANING/LINEN FEE- A mandatory $220 Cleaning/Linen Fee applies per stay. Our cleaners wash and change all bed linen and towels for guests in addition to cleaning and maintaining the premises to a high standard. The property should be left in a similar condition to entry and the level of cleaning required should be considered reasonable for the period of stay.
