Description

One of our premier properties located on the sought after stretch of water of the Isle of Capri, ‘Whitehaven’ is just 2km from heart of Surfers Paradise and one of the reasons why the property is in such high demand for holiday makers whether it be families or executives,is that they all just revel in the offerings that are in abundance with this beautiful home.

From outside the front you will notice it is security gated with intercom, offers a safe grassed front yard, a double garage with internal access to the home and room for off street parking for 2 cars. From the back where most of your time will surely be spent you are situated waterfront with a sandy beach and an excellent fishing spot off the canal groyne coupled with a north facing pool secure glass fence and outside entertaining. Cool in summer-warm in winter with an extensive eating/seating in large outdoor area including mobile bar, wall mounted TV, 5 burner BBQ with wok burner, outdoor gas heater which are all flowing from kitchen - living areas to a large pool deck with a shady Jacaranda.

The fully equipped entertainers kitchen with walk in pantry and heaps of bench space and island bench, Induction cooking and gas wok burner, family size fridge and the rest of the mod cons, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, microwave and to top it off a wall mounted TV.

Living space you will notice the family room off kitchen, dining room which can seat 8-10, Sunken lounge with music system and wall mounted TV and a dedicated media room.

The Master bedroom styled with Timber shutters, north east facing with a walk in robe and ensuite with double vanity, oh and yes there is wall mounted TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have Queen size beds with one that has a trundle underneath, built in wardrobes and Timber shutters, the fourth bedroom has a bunk with a double on the bottom and single on the top + another single bunk, there also 2 x single roll out beds is required single roll for another child.

There is the Modern ensuite off master bed and a family bathroom with separate wc and large powder room. Laundry fully equipped with washer and dryer.

Christmas and New Year Bookings please note have a 7 night minimum stay and Christmas week bookings must start from 19th or 20th of December and New year bookings must start from the 27th or 28th of December - If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice property Property was nice but all the rules made you feel unwelcome and hesitant to use any of the features. Didn't like the inflexible check in time, as should be allowed keys once property is clean, shouldn't have to wait outside in the car for half an hour. Dishwasher was clean but filters dirty so had to clean insides so it would wash the dishes. There was no mention of the proximity to a main road so a lot of traffic noise all the time. There was plenty of room and the master bedroom was huge. Nicely furnished and good facilities.
