A fully self-contained property offering an abundance of space and tranquillity that will make you feel at home.

Two bedrooms one bathroom downstairs and three bedrooms two bathrooms upstairs. There are 7 beds in the house: 2 King, 4 Queen, 1 single.

The ground level has an open plan dining and living areas with high cathedral ceilings and timber features.

If you wish to visit Brisbane, Robina train station 10-15 minutes drive.

Payment of the booking constitutes the clients acceptance of the House Rules and Terms and Conditions.

Your Responsibilities – House Rules

The person whose name is on the booking to ensure that all guests and visitors are aware of the terms and conditions and house rules.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

House rules must be complied with along with any instructions from Management.

Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing/email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Any misrepresentation regarding guests or intention of your stay may result in eviction and loss of monies paid.

Visitors may visit you at the home but may not remain on the property overnight. Visitor numbers should not exceed 10 at any given time unless by prior written arrangement. All Visitors must comply with the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

Responsible behavior is expected by all guests and visitors to the property including compliance with our Disturbance and Antisocial Behavior Terms and Conditions. Outdoor nudity, drugs, illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises and alcohol should be consumed in a responsible manner.

Please observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Keys and remotes are your responsibility during your stay.

Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house at any time.

Parking of cars must be in accordance with Council regulations.

Caution must be taken on outdoor tiles as all tiles may be slippery when wet.

Departure

The person whose name is on the booking must ensure the property is left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.

Please wash the dishes and clean the BBQ. Put all rubbish in the appropriate bins.

Check-out time is strictly 10.00am by the latest.

Check-out later than 10am may be possible but subject to acceptance and availability.

Terms and Conditions

Acceptance & Responsibility

BOOKING

Payment of the booking constitutes the clients acceptance of the House Rules and Terms and Conditions.

The person whose name is on the booking must be staying at the property. This person is responsible for the booking with us and ensuring all guests and visitors are aware of the terms and conditions and house rules.

Our properties are not available for rent for Bucks/Hens or Schoolies groups under any circumstances and parties cannot be held at the properties. If you misrepresent your booking we reserve the right to evict and retain all monies paid including the Security Bond. Minimum age to hire the property must be 24 years or older.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

We only accept guests who agree to respect them and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Check-in is 2pm or later.

Check-out is 10 am or earlier.

The check-in check-out times can only be altered subject to acceptance and availability.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants' responsibility during their stay.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

The property to be always locked and secured when all guests are out.

Parties & Functions are strictly prohibited.

Non-adherence to this policy may result in termination of rental and loss of monies paid including your Security Bond and we reserve the right to take further legal action

We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen breakdowns of appliances etc. Markeri Holiday Homes are maintained to the highest standard however at times unforeseen issues can occur. All repairs will be carried out or replacements purchased at the earliest convenience.

Every action will be taken by our staff to minimize inconvenience caused; however there is no obligation from Markeri I or Markeri II Holiday Homes to issue any partial refunds or discounts if the issue was unavoidable.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the Owner/Management in writing.

The Owner/Management reserves the right to terminate the rental at any time if any of the above conditions are not adhered to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Practical Family Stay It was our first time to visit GC. This review might not be that helpful to you. We barely share our experience. The house is excellent choice for the practical family stay in GC. We feel it is relatively ideal to the price offered and the various facilities provided. It has a handy location to access many places such as the shopping mall, the café, the beach and the essential shops. Although the street the house is located at is sort of busy, if you are a normal sleeper, it will not be an issue at all. As we had a short time stay with busy in and out, plus the unlucky weather, we couldn't fully experience all the options such as the swimming pool, the jetty, the private beach and so on. Certainly, we see many potentials we might enjoy if having a longer stay with a better weather. The house in general is well maintained and quite clean. It could be better if the second floor have the flyscreens for mosquito/fly protection. Our kids were bitten by the mosquitos during the night sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant stay to us.
