The property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom is a gem, step in to revel in its abundant space accompanied with skyline and water views, it also has a large walk in robe and accompanying ensuite, and yes there is a wall mounted flat screen TV..

The bedding configuration for the property is:

Bedroom 1 - King, Bedroom 2 - Queen, Bedroom 3 - Queen, Bedroom 4 - 2 x bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on the top, Bedroom 5 - King

There are 2 living areas on separate levels both with TV's and both with water and skyline views, there is a pool table, a separate dining area, entertaining deck with in-ground fully fenced pool, Laundry with washing machine,The below lounge doors open straight onto the entertaining deck, reverse cycle air-con. Off street parking for 2 cars, good kitchen with island breakfast bar, own private jetty....

This is a great property for your next holiday and is only a 15 minute walk to heart of Surfers Paradise and the beach.

The pool spa and bath in ensuite are both not spa's

The streets on Chevron Island have enforced 2 hour parking limits

The garage is not for guests use however there is off street parking for 2 cars

Note: No party policy - Responsible Respectful Clients Required - No smoking inside - The property has group restrictions allowing up to 8 adults maximum. Christmas and New Year Bookings please note have a 7 night minimum stay and Christmas week bookings must start from 19th or 20th of December and New year bookings must start from the 27th or 28th of December - If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.
