Our spacious, breezy home offers Queensland charm with warm, neutral tones, swaying palm trees, sparkling pool, yard and gardens, BBQ terrace with views to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and the Pacific Ocean.
The house has four bedrooms, plus a study which can convert to a bedroom if needed – just let us know and we can swap office furniture for bedroom furniture
Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with luxe King-sized bed, large ensuite with double vanity, rain shower and separate bathtub. There’s a large walk-in robe, and a private balcony with stunning views of the coastal skyline.
Downstairs offers three more bedrooms, all with built-in robes – current configuration is 1 x Queen, and 2 x Single/bunk beds.
There is also a large study with sliding wooden doors that as mentioned above can easily convert to a bedroom to accommodate two more people in 2 x Single beds.
Plus, there’s a pull-out sofa bed in the downstairs living area.
In total, current bedding configuration is per below and can accommodate 8 guests:

Bedroom 4, Bunk beds
Plus, we can adjust/add to suit additional guests to accommodate up to 12 guests as follows:

There are two full bathrooms, both with double vanity, shower and separate bath tub. Downstairs there is a powder room with toilet and wash basin, located next to the bathroom.
Upstairs also has a powder room with toilet and wash basin.
So, in total there are two bathrooms the main bathroom downstairs where two bedrooms have direct access into the bathroom, and one in the master bedroom and two powder rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Living and Dining
There are two living rooms in the house. In the upstairs living room there’s comfortable sofa seating some seats have electric recline to relax, unwind and view continuous coverage of the Games on the Samsung 46” LCD television.
The spacious eat-in kitchen features marble countertops, bar stools, St. George oven, Kleenmaid cook top and dishwasher, Samsung fridge and freezer with ice and water dispenser plus all the cooking tools you’ll need to feed your crowd.
The kitchen flows into the dining room, with dining table and seating for eight, then out onto another balcony with barbecue and a view of the pool – there’s another table out here with four comfy chairs – it’s the perfect spot for enjoying a cool drink and watching the evening skyline light up as the sun sets.
Downstairs has a wet-bar area and large living space that doubles as a playroom – there’s a train table and LEGO/Duplo for the children, if you don’t have any children in your group we can pack it all away to provide even more room.
Our large laundry is fitted with easy-to-use Fisher & Paykel washing machine and dryer, plus a Dyson vacuum.
Located off the downstairs living area is a courtyard with tranquil fountain that pours into a pond with goldfish and water lilies - the place to come to add a touch of zen to your stay.
The free-form pool area is fenced and has a couple of sun loungers and pool toys to relax and enjoy the leafy, peaceful surroundings.
Enjoy privacy amongst lots of shady trees and plants and plenty of space to relish some downtime.

You'll have full access to the entire house except the garage and two storage cupboards where we'll pop our things away so you can feel like the house is your home
Interaction with guests will be minimal - just a key handover then you're free to enjoy the space.

The house is nestled at the top of a hill – if all the athleticism of the Games inspires you, you can take a walk or run around the local neighborhood – there’s an approximately 3.5-kilometer loop that heads down the hill to the local shopping centre, then a nice challenging climb back up the hill to the house.
Local shops include an IGA supermarket, an organic butcher, Chinese, Indian and Italian restaurants, Fish and Chips shop, chicken/roast/carvery, bakery, coffee shop, news agency, hair salon, florist, pharmacy and local tavern.
There’s a petrol station and doctor’s office right across from the shopping centre as well. If you drive, it will take you 3-minutes.
