Great walks along the Broadwater. Close to shops, restaurants/ bars, YET VERY AFFORDABLE. There are two bedrooms newly fitted out with two way bathroom which has been FULLY RENOVATED. The kitchen is new with modern stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and stone bench top.
The unit is across from the park and looks over the Broadwater. There are buses for transport to Surfers Paradise and all areas of the Gold Coast at your doorstep. Harbourtown shopping outlet is 5 minutes away by car.

Enjoy an EVENING STROLL along the WALKWAYS or hire a BIKE and cycle all the way to Surfers or to Broadbeach to the south or north as far as Paradise Point (which again has lovely open restaurants with great meal deals)

It has a great enclosed sun room which was great for our small dog, very well decorated and with the addition of foxtel it has everything needed for a great holiday.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property in great location We stayed in the apartment in January for 1 week. The apartment is in a great location across from the beach and Charris Seafood! The apartment is very nicely furnished inside and has everything you need. small dogs allowed which was great for us. The owner was very helpful to us and thankfully allowed us to extend our stay due to our car breaking down. We would highly recommend this apartment for your Gold Coast trip

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Location We enjoyed being at Beachside Grand Central, close to all theme parks, Surfers Paradise and shops. Not a crowded area so great for families. Apartment has all the kitchen gear and very comfortable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great property close to beach Very clean++ (no pet hair in sight despite being listed as pet friendly), excellent property & great location (about a block from beach), comfortable beds. Negatives are barely worth mentioning (not enough toilet paper, cookware not very non stick), would definitely stay here again.
