Bottletree Ridge Mountain Stay is located in the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland just a short distance from the M1 and Nerang.
Perched above the Gold Coast, you'll enjoy uninterrupted views of the Gold Coast skyline, Q1 and surrounding bushland.
This magnificent home was architecturally designed and built in 2016 to explicitly capitalise on the spectacular views that surround it. Boasting 500m2 of living area, this home consists of 4 large bathrooms 2 of which have baths and 4 generously sized bedrooms, all with their own TV and air-conditioners.
Soaring 6 metre high ceilings will greet you upon arrival, while the solid spotted gum floors will lead you down to the large open plan living area. Located here you'll find the ultimate kitchen, equiped with brand new stainless steel appliances, 615L capacity fridge/freezer with chilled water dispenser, Smartstone concrete look benchtops and integrated SMEG dishwasher. For larger groups, you'll find the two Bosch ovens particularly useful. The induction hotplate will save you cooking time, while the plate warming draw will ensure your meal is served hot. The butler's pantry will be stocked with staples and the wine fridge plugged in and ready to go.
Dine at the solid 2.7m dining table overlooking the pool or choose to take in the fresh air and Gold Coast skyline from the large undercover deck. Two 1500mm long outdoor wall mounted heaters have also been installed to maximise year round use of this area. There's even a top of the range Webber BBQ provided.
The large main living area is located just off the kitchen. Here too you'll find the wood burning fireplace - perfect for those chilly winter nights.
A flight of stairs will lead you up to the top level, where you'll discover the first of our two master bedrooms. Enter through the double french doors of master one and you will be presented with breathtaking views. A luxurious king size bed; enormous walk-through robe; built-in 1500mm long electric heater and pop-up TV are the main features of this room, as well as your own private balcony. The large ensuite has been fitted with spa bath, double vanity and rain shower head.
Our beautiful second master is just down the landing. This room comprises of a queen bed, walk-through robe and private ensuite. You're sure to enjoy looking over the courtyard below and the gardens above.
Venture downstairs and you'll discover the media room. Enjoy our growing collection of 2D and 3D movies on our EPSON 3D projector and Yamaha soundbar. Tucked away in the cupboards you'll find a PS2 complete with Singstar microphones and discs. Not to mention a selection of family board and card games. Open the doors above and you'll reveal the bar complete with large drinks fridge. The fourth bathroom, consisting of seperate toilet and large shower, is also located on this level. In the event that you require accommodation for 10 guests, we would be happy to provide additional bedding to accommodate your guests in this multi purpose room.
Leading from the media room you'll gain access to the pool and a second under cover area with additional seating.
Returning now to the main level, you'll find the last of our two bedrooms. The first contains a queen bed with private study nook, while the second contains 2 long single beds that can be reconfigured to make 1 king bed. This room also has external access to the outside verandah and tropical gardens. The laundry, consisting of washing machine, dryer and drying racks can be found just down the hall.
Undercover parking is available for 3 cars, while off street parking behind a secure locked gate is available for a further 5.
Please note, this property has been built on a sloping block thus children under 5 will require adult supervision outside. Pedestrian access to the home is short, though steep, and there are internal stairs. In saying that, once inside the home, there are only 2 steps seperating the main living, dining and kitchen area with the main bathroom and two lower level bedrooms. Child gates have been installed at the top and bottom of the stairs for peace of mind.
Bottletree Ridge Mountain Stay is 40 mins north of Coolangatta Airport and 1 hr 15 mins south of Brisbane on the M1.
