The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a built in wardrobe. Open the curtains/blinds in either room to see the ocean and even some mountain views in the opposite direction.
There is a family bathroom complete with bath, shower, toilet and vanity. A hair dryer is also provided.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your needs, and includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top and full size fridge / freezer. There are also various small electrical appliances in addition to the new keetle and 4 slice toaster, e.g. sandwich press, juicer, electric fry pan, health grill, to name a few.
There is a separate laundry which has a washer, dryer, built in clothes rack, shelf with 2 clothes baskets, iron and ironing board for your convenience.
All linen items are supplied including sheets, blankets, bath towels and four separate beach towels.

Large BBQ and grassed area so you can laze around the pool on a sun lounge chair on the grass whilst hearing the ocean a few meters away.
Safe, patrolled golden beaches, children's parks, Southport Surf Life Saving Club 300 metres away, Southport Yacht Club great Sunday breakfasts with views of the broadwater only 400 metres away fabulous shopping, family entertainment and nightlife are all there to be enjoyed.
Just down the road at the back of the building brings you straight onto the iconic 'Tedder Avenue' with an assortment of trendy cafes, coffee shops and gourmet restaurants. This is the ultimate in convenience so you all can enjoy a drink and wander a mere 150 metres back at the end of your lunch or dinner to arrive back home.
Out and About:
A variety of parks are nearby and you have the ease of Subway, a trendy coffee/cafe and a 7 Eleven convenience store at the ground floor of the building directly adjacent. This is so easy to get your supplies and not get caught out with no milk, coffee, bread etc.
SeaWorld is within walking distance just 1.5km away to have a fun day out. Whale watching, though seasonal, is another must do.
If you feel like a country adventure, Binna Burra and O'Reillys are beautiful bush walking settings that are less than an hour away.
For the golfers, the world is your oyster There are so many great resort and public courses that you can choose from. I am a keen golfer so let me know if you would like a recommendation of my favourite courses.
Great shopping and award winning resturants are also just down the road at Marina Mirage 800 metres away, Palazzo Versace 800 metres away, Australia Fair 1km away, Pacific Fair, and the regular markets are just a few other temptations located nearby.
Indulge in health spa treatments with lots to choose from - Palazzo Versace or Golden Door await to pamper you.
Want to discover a different area? Hop in the car for 5 minutes and head to Washington Waters Park, opposite Australia Fair. Adventure awaits. Take your bike along to experience the mini bike track, enjoy the swimming enclosure or try out the monorail, just a few of the many activities.
Want to hire a boat/jet ski for the day and motor around the waterways? Or if you prefer there are reasonably priced morning tea and lunch time cruises available. Marina's Cove can help you out and it is 800 metres away. Helicopter flights are also available at Marina Cove.
Fancy dropping a line? You can. On the beach, right across the road, or you can head to the Spit at the end of Seaworld Drive.
Kite surfing and surfing lessons are also available along the beach.
For those that are travelling from interstate, airport bus connections are readliy available to and from the Gold Coast or Brisbane airports.
I know that you will enjoy your stay in this very comfortable apartment. Once you arrive you do not need to get your car out again as everything is in easy walking distance Or the bus is at the door and the tram station is an easy 700 metres walk away for any further adventures.
