The upstairs level :
The main king bedroom has absolute, uniterrupted beach and ocean views with an extremely large and luxourious en-suite with his and hers basins and large showers.
The walk in robe is very spacious and practical. Enjoy your own private balcony to sit back and take in the view.
The kids room has 4 single bunk beds which are of a superior quality and design, the children will love them. There is also a queen for older children who require their own bed.
The 3rd bedroom is a queen with large cot and enclosed wardrobes and is next to the shared bathroom with his and hers basins, a bath with shower attachments and of course the toilet.
There is plenty of space in the large hallway to set up a temporary office with desks, cupboards and drawers provided.
This mezzanine level overlooks the main living area.
The downstairs level:
Enter into the heart of the house through the side barnstyle door and be amazed at the main living area that has you experiencing the unreal ocean view from the first moment.
The kitchen is a gourmet's delight with Smeg appliances, Vintec wine fridge, 6 burner gas stove and oven, 2 drawer dishwasher, French door fridge/freezer and 3metre marble bench top. This leads out to the alfresco bbq area and lawn that are on the border of the natural beach vegetation and your own pathway to the beach.
There is a large dinning table for all to converge on for communal eating, drinking and discussing the activities for the days ahead.
The children can occupy themselves in their own den that is tucked away but can be easily monitered without interruption by the parents.
There is a 55" Sony Flat Screen with dvds and Foxtel and is very comfortable, relaxing and perfect for the family to recharge and to enjoy time together. There is also a gas fireplace to add more charm if the night gets chilly.
The split level leads to the powder room, laundry with 8kg washing machine and Meile dryer.
The 4th bedroom has a queen , walk in robe and ensuite.
