The view is 180 degrees of pristine Gold Coast coastline with not even a palm tree between you and the distant blue horizon.
From the doorstep the kids will find the pool to cool off and play while you can wistfully soak it in from your private deck, sun lounges, or day bed. The property's attendance to your outdoor enjoyment does not end there providing an outdoor lounge, BBQ, and dining table.
The block is on a northern corner of the prestigious millionaires' row and receives sun all day long in any season. Also directly adjoining is a playground and volleyball court with the Mermaid Beach Surf Club opposite and popular Cafe on Hedges next door. You can relax poolside in the sun or from the air conditioned living room while enjoying a wine or beer and keep a watchful eye on the kids playing in the adjoining park and on the beach.
You can unwind in the evening in the comfort of the formal lounge complete with home theater and Foxtel or online with free wifi. Downstairs the kids can enjoy Wii games, Foxtel TV or DVD in their own rumpus room with enough seating for the whole family.
The kitchen is fully equipped including quality appliances, juicer, Delonghi coffee machine, Dishwasher, oven, hot plates, and all the accessories. There is a second fridge and freezer available in the garage for our longer stay guests.
The master bedroom has king bed, ensuite, and TV. Second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom can be fitted with either a king or 2 singles to suit your preference (please advise when booking so linen can be arranged). The second bathroom also has separate toilet and toiletries are provided with your booking. The downstairs bedroom comprises 2 bunks with 2 additional pull out single beds optional to accommodate a maximum of 6. Please include the exact number of guests with your booking so we can attend to linen and cleaning.
The property is completed with a large separate laundry with washing machine and dryer and two car garage with remote entry. There is ample parking next door for additional visitors.
Rates and Inclusions
As a property managed by experienced holiday rental managers we endeavour to ensure your every comfort is attended. From our reasonable room rates based on 6 person occupancy you will enjoy all linen, towels, starter pack of toiletries, mid stay cleaning for stays of 8 days or more available at a cost of $165, and end of stay cleaning is an additional $275 per booking.
When booking please advise us of you preferred bedding configurations. Also we strictly exclude our services to Bucks and Hens holidays.
