Conveniently situated in the prestigious and unique beachside suburb of Mermaid Beach, our large and inviting, freshly renovated beach home is newly furnished to create the perfect seaside vacation experience.
The home is a great entertainer for adults, children and your family pets.
A cool and modern beachy feel is experienced as soon as you enter the front door, with loads to offer 2-3 families or up to 14 friends can enjoy the utmost of peace and comfort , there is plenty of space for everyone.
If you have only a small group of 6 people don’t be afraid to ask us as If we can accommodate you we will.
The four large bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms ensure your stay will be very comfortable.

The home is air-conditioned and all bedrooms are equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans.

-And a double remote lock up garage with off street parking for a total of 5 cars.

The home is just a short stroll to the local shopping village, restaurants, cafes, and bars of Nobby Beach.
Relaxing on the balcony guests will be just a stones throw away from the famous BSKT café and the Nobby beach surf club.
Enjoy the variety of three additional Surf clubs within just 10-15 minutes walk.
3-5 minutes walk will have you at the local IGA supermarket.
A large Coles supermarket is situated in Miami, less than five minutes drive away.
Pacific Fair, the largest shopping mall on the Gold Coast, and is just 10 minutes drive.
This local shopping offers everything you will need, including easy access to public transport.

The Upper level incorporates two separate lounge areas, a bar/kitchenette with stools for 11 guests with a separate TV area to keep the kids happy and occupied.
The main king bedroom has a walk in robe and is large enough to accommodate a cot .
The other 2 upstairs bedrooms both have Queen size beds and built in wardrobes.
A bathroom and second toilet are also on this floor in addition to the main bedroom en-suite.
KITCHEN & OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING
The downstairs bedroom provides a quality double loft bunk with comfortable sleeping for 4, a room the kids will absolutely love.
Open plan living is perfect for entertaining with both indoor and outdoor alfresco BBQ dining options.
Children can occupy themselves with Netflix and WI FI on a 55” LED TV.

When booking please advise us of the exact number of guests so we can arrange your preferred bedding configurations and attend to linen and cleaning.
As this luxury beachside property is situated in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum and observe the Gold Coast City Council residential area "quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.
Parties, functions or late night entertaining is not permitted
failure to adhere to this rule will result in forfeit of bond.
The property is not a 'party house' and we strictly exclude bookings for Bucks, Hens, weddings and any commercial/non commercial events.
