The famous Currumbin Alley and Burleigh Point are just 5 - 10 minutes drive along with Palm Beach, Currumbin Creek and Tallebudgera Creek for more watersports.
Trendy cafes, restaurants and bars are all located within minutes @ Palm Beach, Currumbin and Burleigh Heads.

Then as evening falls be bewitched by the sparkling diamonds of the night time lights reflected on the water, with the soft glow of the lights of Palm Beach filtering through the pine trees on the other side of the lake.... time for a BBQ then as you ease into the night... hmmm
THE PROPERTY FEATURES
This lovely 'French Provincial style ' home has recently been renovated by a well known Interior Designer to provide a high level of comfort and luxury.
The lounge area features large comfy sofas, views over the lake and direct access to the many outdoor entertaining areas there is of course a tv, dvd, stereo
The kitchen features white stone benchtops, extra wide induction cooktop and a wide oven, dishwasher and a two door frig - freezer which has an icemaker,
There is also a large butlers pantry with loads of storage, tea / coffee making facilities.
The master suite is a large space with reverse cycle air conditioner.
A super comfy queen bed with luxury linens, loads of cupboards and features stunning views over the lake.
The private ensuite has an extra large shower recess with a traditional mounted shower and also a rainshower, the vanity is French style with a white stone console , the French doors open onto your private courtyard with a fabulous outdoor rainshower.
Bedroom two is quietly located off the hallway and also has a very comfy queen bed and built in robes and reverse cycle air conditioner.
Bedroom three also has a reverse cycle air conditioner, it could also be classed as a studio as it has a separate front entrance or can be accessed from the hallway.
There is a kitchenette including a cabinet with a black stone benchtop and basin, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.
We can set this area up with a variety of single, double or queen beds to suit individual guests requirements.
There is also a television and board games are supplied for your enjoyment.
The main bathroom has a two way entry which is accessible from the hallway or the third bedroom / studio.
The shower features both a traditional mounted shower and overhead rainshower.
The vanity has a black stone benchtop and is topped with an ornate French mirror
The bath tub is large, freestanding and luxurious.
There are various outdoor entertaining, dining and relaxing areas with large comfy outdoor seating for your enjoyment, there is also a BBQ.
The property is fully fenced from the street front and from adjoining neighbours however at this point I must mention that there are some fences on the lakefront however young children really would need to be supervised at all times.... therefore I really wouldn't recommend the property for anyone with small children.
Which brings us to the subject of
Please don't be offended however I must point out that this is a very quiet location in a small cul de sac.
This is my private home which I am pleased to make available to a select few guests.
The Gold Coast will host the Commonwealth Games from 4 - 15 April 2018.
During the Commonwealth Games the Cycling Time Trial will take place in this area on 10th April and the Cycling Road Race will be conducted in this area on the 14th April therefore the cu de sac will be closed off on both of those days.
Most residents have lived here for quite a few years and cherish their quiet neighbourhood so this is not the place for you to stay if you wish to party or have loud music or loud noise that goes on into the night.
The property is NOT available for bucks parties, wild weekends, schoolies.
Our ideal guests are those who are small family groups, the property is ideal for a romantic getaway for a couple or a small group of friends who want to have a lovely private quiet luxurious place to stay whilst enjoying their vacation at the Gold Coast.
We do have an on call 24 hour security service and if guests are noisy or disruptive to the neighbourhood will be asked to leave immediately.
