The perfect holiday location. Situated in the heart of Palm Beach, one of the Gold Coast's quietest and most naturally beautiful beaches. Ten minutes drive from Coolangatta airport and twenty minutes from Surfers Paradise. Palm Beach nestles between world renowned Burleigh Heads National Park and the equally famous Currumbin Estuary. Both offer protected still water bathing and family picnic facilities as well as world class surf. You can easily walk to either of these iconic Gold Coast locations along the relatively secluded white sandy beach.

Three surf clubs patrol Palm Beach. One of these has their flagged bathing area 150 metres from the house and the other two offer fine dining and entertainment within easy walking distance.

Lifestyle is the feature of this traditional beach house. Enjoy fishing, surfing, walking, whale watching or hours of family fun on the kilometres of pristine sand right in front of your home away from home.

Bring your dog and enjoy the leash free dog exercise areas at either end of the beach. Bring your boat and launch it in Tallebudgera or Currumbin Creeks with ocean access just 5 minutes drive to the north or south.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests MUST NOT exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed to in writing or email.

Parties and Functions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and sorry NO SCHOOLIES. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Arrival - check in is from 2pm. It is necessary to contact the property manager with your arrival time so as they can arrange to meet, greet and hand over keys and remotes to the house.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. A full departure check list is available at the property for your assistance. Check-out time is 10.00am at the latest, unless otherwise arranged to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental.

All linen and towels are supplied. A small selection of amenties will be provided on arrival ie toilet paper, soap, tea and coffee, to get you started.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal property.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Holiday house My husband, pooch and I stayed at 260 Jefferson Lane for 5 nights in March and had a wonderful time. The house is very clean and has all the amenities you could want or need. There is a 6 foot fence around the property which is perfect for keeping your fury child safe. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the property which is perfect for morning or afternoon walks. The location of the property is well positioned and has easy access to the Gold Coast highway. The property has a decent size viewing platform for enjoying breakfast lunch or dinner. The owners are friendly and extremely welcoming, we will definitely be staying again!

My partner and I stayed here with our 2 dogs for four days - we had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer – we definitely will next time! What a great view from the roof top balcony and so close to everything including the beach. A beautiful “home away from home” with all the bells and whistles - very clean and nothing to bring but yourself. The property has a secure fence around the entire property. We will definitely be back as we loved every moment of our stay. Definitely and highly recommend!
