Other attractions close by include Go-Karting, Shopping Centres, Cafes, Mount Tamborine, Cedar Creek Falls and Jacobs Well Marine Village. Brisbane City is a short 30 minute drive away, or again, jump on the train and enjoy a trouble-free journey.
Situated on an acre of land in a quiet country estate, this property will easily accommodate 3 families. With plenty of room to spread out, enjoy your bushland surroundings while the BBQ is cooking away and the kids are playing happily on the large grassy areas. You might even be lucky enough to have a visit from the local wallabies who frequent the area.

All bed linen and bath towels are supplied for your convenience throughout your stay. A small selection of amenities will be provided on arrival to get you started toilet paper, soap, tea and coffee

We recommend that you supply your own beach towels for the use of the pool, and whilst visiting the Theme Parks and beaches.

Some things to note
• Pimpama is conveniently located in between Brisbane and Central Gold Coast. The property is only 30 minutes from Brisbane, with the Air train running express and almost delivering you to your door The Gold Coast Airport at Coolangatta is 40 minutes to the south.
• Arrival and Check in is from 3pm, however, this may be flexible depending on availability. It is necessary to contact the property manager with your arrival time, so they can meet, greet and handover keys to the property if they are available. If not, key collection will be easily arranged with no inconvenience to you.
• Departure- The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. A full departure checklist is available at the property for your assistance. Check out time is 10am at the latest, to allow our cleaning and changeover team adequate time to prepare the property for the next set of holiday makers.
In order to maintain a high standard for our guests, we require certain conditions to be complied with
• We do not accept bookings made for persons under the age of 21
• Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance
• Parties and functions are ‘STRICTLY PROHIBITED’ as we are respectful of our neighbours, property and surroundings. The price charged is for domestic use only, not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in the loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
• Damages, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay
• We are not a pet friendly property
• Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond
• The owners take no responsibility for the loss of tenants personal property
• Cancellation of this booking by the guest offers no refund of deposit paid. Amendments made prior to 60 days of intended arrival may be approved at no charge if the property is available.
