As soon as you walk in through the gatehouse under the arched pergola to the large glass front doors and onto the white marble tiles you will be in awe. Gaze out through the white pillars to the sparkling in ground pool and waterways beyond where you can watch luxury yachts cruise by all day long. Here you can truly indulge in the luxurious and secluded waterfront lifestyle of Sanctuary Cove in this fantastic home.

With a modern kitchen and all the amenities and quality appliances including a Fridge/Freezer complete with Ice maker and cold water to quench your thirst for the hot days, a Steamer Oven plus an Under bench Oven, Microwave and a dishwasher you can enjoy cooking up a feast for your family and friends.

LIVING AREAS

Relax back on the stylish modern red leather lounge suite and listen to your favourite music from the built in iPod dock while watching the kids play in the pool. Dine in style or play cards at the formal square glass and stone dining table which seats 8 guests comfortably.Play pool at the Pool Table in the sunken lounge room looking out to the terracotta tiled outdoor pool area while the BBQ is cooking or try your hand at some fishing off the pontoon while the crab pot is in. There is also laundry facilities washer and dryer available at the home.

Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms which all have their own bathrooms everyone's comfortably catered for plus there is a separate powder room for visitors to use.The Master bedroom wing is very spacious and has a real hint of Hollywood glamour. Relax in the king bed and watch TV from your own entertainment unit while enjoying a coffee. A palatial ensuite where you can enjoy a spa in the huge round bath with water views, his and hers vanity and a large tiled shower. Ducted air conditioning throughout this home will ensure a good nights sleep.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Property Location is fantastic ,the views from the property are picture perfect, its a great getaway from busy surfers. close to major theme parks . i would recommend this place for anyone wanting peace and quiet for adults yet fun for kids. would re-visit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Potential to be great...ideal for families We stayed with 2 other families, all with young children and had a great time. The location is fantastic, as is the convenience of a bathroom per bedroom. The pool is a good size. Although we enjoyed the overall experience, we felt that for the price there are quite a few maintenance issues to be rectified, ie. The golf buggy is slow and potentially a safety risk crawling up hills, even after being charged. The main spa does not work We couldnt get the dvd/karaoke/sound equipment to work You cant use the steamer in the kitchen AC cannot cope on hot days (front bedroom got very hot) New pegs are badly needed as they are weatheted and rusting Womens underwear left in bathroom planter Most shower screen doors don't slide well, one missing Wall clocks don't work Bar stools badly worn Not enough dinner plates for a home this size Not enough sharp knives, platters TV near kitchen has no reception Blankets in master were that badly worn, they were falling apart at the edges We probably sound like princesses BUT when you're paying premium to stay in Sanctuary Cove you expect these smaller details to be looked at.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great waterfront home We have stayed here for the last 2 years increasing the number of days each time. I reckon in 2017 it will be at least 10 days. we are 3 older couples who work together in Coffs Harbour. This is our annual short break to relax, fish, eat, drink and shop. The house is well set up for 6 with king sized rooms and ensuites to each. View is great, pool wonderful and the jetty real fun to fish from. Although we did get some mozzies and sand flies one evening. Its nice and close to the village and very private. The ice maker in the fridge is great for drinkers. Plenty of hot water and the air conditioning is great. so is the BBQ. Very clean and neat home. I have minor suggestions. There is only just enough dinnerware etc. for 6 guests. you have to keep on top of the dishwashing. We like to cook and we miss having some nice platters and pots/pans etc. We can never get the dvd player to work so we take our own. A house like this should have Blu ray. Only one bedroom has a TV. and finally the old buggy may need a service. 2 buggies would be a bonus. Apart from these very minor things we will stay here again this year and into the future. The owners should be proud.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Water View Good location to watch the boats pass by, the property was not as good as the photos. The golf buggy was only used twice as it struggled to go up the hills which was very disappointing. Also the cleaning on arrival was not up to standard. The pool was not cleaned as the pump had blown a fuse but Scott from GCHH fixed it straight away. Property requires repairs and maintenance throughout. Note: good idea to bring the repellent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Superb property but some unfortunate issues This is a wonderful property, in a great location on the river, close to the Marine Village and Club. Probably the best location in the resort. It is very well appointed (kitchen, bathrooms, strong WiFi etc) and could comfortably entertain multiple families. Nice pool, not heated for sensitive southerners like us, but very few are in the area. It was used sparingly because of this. Tip - drive over to the Intercontinental and use their heated pool! The jetty area is picturesque and offers so much for the kids to do. Ours fished and spent most of their time catching bait with little shrimp nets. Hours of fun. Our main gripes were the place was not cleaned upon our arrival due to a mix up (we did book very late and they were implementing a new system). Nevertheless, the customer service recovery from GCHH was as good as we've seen (within the hour). The buggy supplied broke down two hours later, so we had to make another call. Once again it was well handled by the GCHH maintenance representative, who was great to deal with and a real asset to them. We also found and advised them that the buggy is quite hazardous on the roads, barely able to climb the hills and stay up with traffic on the flat. Be especially careful at night.
