This spacious beautifully renovated 3 bedroom apartment is a hidden gem. Grey feature walls and rustic brick highlights a trendy minimalistic living area perfect for relaxing. This apartment is the largest of eight in a ground floor complex with a private pathway that takes you straight to the beach. It boasts large rooms which will comfortably sleep 6 people plus the option of a sofa bed which sleeps 2 and there is 2 rollaway beds available upon request that can sleep an extra 2 - maximum 10 people.

Lounge Room: A large room with air con, a sofa bed can sleep 2 extra people and a wall mounted 55" TV. Wooden floor boards and soft furnishings to provide a lovely space to unwind.

Kitchen: A modern Ikea galley style kitchen fully equipped with all you need for your family stay. New black glass fridge, dishwasher and oven. Separate Laundry with a 8.5kg Front Loader to cater for our longer staying guests who wish to travel light

Dining Room: Open plan design with a large glass top dining table to comfortably seat 6.

Master Bedroom: fitted with air con & fan is fully tiled with King Bed and ensuite. This is a lovely couples retreat that offers a quiet space from the rest of the apartment. It is fitted with a 49" Smart TV on the wall for your enjoyment and boasting a brand new glass free ensuite tiled floor to ceiling with a rain shower.

Second Bedroom: has a fan, built in wardrobe and overlooks the courtyard. There is 2 King Single Beds that can be offered as a King Bed configuration upon request.

Third Bedroom; fan installed and a pillow top Queen bed.All beds are dressed in crisp white hotel quality bed linen. Soft furnishings may differ from main pictures.

Bathroom: Tiled floor to ceiling offering a wonderful glass free shower; fitted with matt black fittings to provide a luxury modern feel.

2 Courtyards: Front courtyard is where the washing line is located and entrance to the pool area. Side Courtyard has an outdoor setting perfect for entertaining. This area is gated and secure; suitable if bringing your pets. A new awning has recently been built to offer shade.

Guest access

You have full access to the entire apartment. This apartment is situated in a small and private complex of 8 apartments which has a communal pool that is available for use by our guests.

Guest interaction

We will endeavour to greet our guests upon arrival but as this is our holiday home away we have installed smart locks and keyless entry. Guests will be provided with an access code that will be valid for the duration of their stay. Instructions will be provided prior to check in.

Pets: Pets are welcome upon request, a small fee applies. A medium size doggy shelter is provided along with a water bowl. Please contact us direct with details of your request.

Babies & toddlers are welcome, we can arrange hire of porta cots, strollers, prams and high chair. Please advise at the time of booking.

There is 1 carport parking spot available at the rear of the complex suitable for a medium size car. Larger vehicles can be parked but just require care. Free street parking available.

Other things to note:

Pets are not allowed indoors and must be housed in the back courtyard where a doggy kennel is provided. Please observe house rules. A doggy beach is located directly across the road from our apartment.

We currently have 3 apartments within the complex that we have lovingly renovated and offer to our guests for holiday accommodation, each one has its own unique character and different features. Brandy Beachside Apartment has been completely renovated; it is a 2 bedroom apartment with aircon in every room. Flaming June Beachside Apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment similar in size to Brandy. Neighbourhood overview

Our apartment is directly across the road from Biggera Waters beach via a private walkway. A short walk along this beach and you will arrive at an array of coffee shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a netted swimming lagoon safe for small children and next door to the famous Charis seafoods for amazing fish and chips, they also have daily pelican feeding at 1.30pm.

Getting around

Public transport is a short walk away. Buses, trams, boats and taxis are all readily available.
