Our 2 bedroom holiday apartment is ground level and has undergone a complete renovation to give it a modern feel. Burrows inspired by woodland is tastefully decorated with relaxing green tones & is fitted with all brand new fixtures & fittings; new modern appliances such as a microwave, 8kg front loader, microwave & 55inch LED TV. The apartment has a minimalistic feel, bright, airy and modern comprising of 2 bedrooms, an open plan lounge and a newly installed kitchen; a brand new bathroom tiled floor to ceiling and designed with beautiful green glass mosaic, subway and retro floral tiles. Fitted with a fabulous chrome rain shower & separate toilet. Our apartment has 2 sunny courtyards front and back perfect for families/couples to relax and bring their pets. The rear larger courtyard has synthetic turf & a recently built awning which offers a perfect relaxing spot for an afternoon drink. This is a peaceful shaded area surrounded with flowers, plants and a few herbs for cooking; fully gated and secure if bringing your pets. The front courtyard has a shade sail, outdoor setting to seat 4 people and a large paved courtyard.
The bedrooms are clean, simple & uncluttered. All beds, mattresses, pillows and linen are of the highest quality and professionally laundered.
Bedroom 1. Queen bed with fresh white linen and soft furnishings. The queen mattress has a pillow top for added comfort and hotel quality sheets providing you with a great night’s sleep.
Bedroom 2. Two single beds that can be zipped together to make a King bed, please advise at the time of booking which configuration you prefer. Built in mirrored wardrobes.
The Euro style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Features include stone bench top, ceramic glass touch hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Plenty of cupboard space, a front loader washing machine and fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar are provided, along with a few other staples.
The Lounge room has a 3 seater comfy Italian leather lounge and a large wall mounted TV.
The bathroom is a wonderful glass free spacious area; tiled from floor to ceiling. Supplied with fresh towels and complimentary shampoo, conditioner & shower gel.
There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge room; a must in the hot summer months on the Gold Coast. Reverse for heating in the winter months. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
WIFI is provided however internet service is basic only and streaming such as Netflix or Youtube cannot be guaranteed as drop outs may occur at peak times. Your patience and understanding is appreciated until the area is upgraded with a National Broadband Network scheduled for July 2019

There is 1 carport parking spot available at the rear of the complex suitable for a medium size car. Larger vehicles can be parked but just require care. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street.
You have full access to the entire apartment. Front and back sunny courtyards. This apartment is situated in a small, private complex of 8 apartments which has a communal pool that is available for use by our guests.
We will endeavour to greet our guests upon arrival but as this is our holiday home we have installed smart locks and keyless entry. Guests will be provided with an access code that will be valid for the duration of their stay. Instructions will be provided prior to check in.
We currently have 5 apartments within the complex; The Grey Brick which is the largest in the complex with 3 large bedrooms and can sleep 9; Flaming June Beachside Apartment, Goldie and Brandy beachside. All uniquely different & have been lovingly renovated to to offer holiday accommodation. Each one has its own unique character and different features. Group bookings are available upon request. Pets are welcome and must reside outdoors. Unless permission granted by host. A small fee is charged per stay and must be added on the booking form. House rules must be adhered to. If you want to bring more than 1 pet, please contact us with details so that we can arrange how we can best accommodate them. If a guest fails to notify us that they are bringing their pets they may be asked to leave without a refund. Guests must pick up after their animals and any damage to our property will be charged. We provide a water bowl and 1 medium size doggy house and a shaded outdoor area. There is a great doggy beach close by perfect for socialising and exercising.
