The property has large living areas and a huge balcony overlooking the Broadwater in the heart of Southport. It is a stone's throw away from the new Gold Coast Aquatic Centre. Master bedroom has an ensuite with a spa and there is a separate 2nd bathroom.
New queen size bed October 2016 in Master bedroom and two single beds in bedroom 2 which can be joined with pillow-top to make a King size bed - just let us know what your requirements are. There are 2 sleeper sofa's which sleeps two small people or children in the lounge. We cannot accept more than 4 adults and 2 children total of 6 people.
Easy access to the famous Broadwater Parklands which have a myriad of activities for kids. Also great fishing on the doorstep. Many great restaurants within minutes walk.
The apartment is located just minutes walk from the new Gold Coast Tram which gives you easy access to Broadbeach and the casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Surfers Paradise is only a short tram ride away as are the best beaches on the Gold Coast. The Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University are also within close proximity by car or 10 minutes on the tram. Newly renovated.
The apartment is located directly opposite the new Broadwater Parklands, home to sporting events such as the Gold Coast Marathon, Masters Games and several other sporting events.
The recently completed Gold Coast Aquatic Centre is a mere stone’s throw across the road.
This is the venue for the 2018 Commonwealth Games aquatic events.
The beach is easily accessible at a 5 minute drive, or if you like walking , a 30 minute walk away.
The clearance in our underground parking is 1950mm starting from 2100mm at the entrance.
High vehicles might be a squeeze. Check your vehicle manual for the exact height.
If your vehicle cannot fit under the building we have a Council issued Visitors Parking Permit which allows for free parking in Cloyne Road which is the street outside of the apartment, which is on the second floor. At night you can park on the street level outside of the bedroom window. We fit most 4 wheel drive vehicles but roof racks can present a problem.
If you do not return the house keys on departure you will be charged $100 for their replacement per set of security keys and $50 extra for a missing garage door remote.
If returning by express post please advise host and to ask for Post Office Box address for their return.
