This cute cottage is really welcoming, and comfortable, a home from home set up which helps to keep your holiday expenses down, given how well equipped and detailed the contents are. The cottage offers excellent Value for Money our rates are competitive based on it's location and what it has to offer
We welcome families and we are Pet friendly, do let us know if you are planning to bring your fur kidz along on the trip. The gardens are compact, with a side garden/lawn below driveway, and a garden next to the pool and patio area, as pictured.

We update our rates regularly according to seasonal demand, your booking is subject to confirmation of the rates with the owner. The Pet surcharge is $10 per pet per day of your booking and partially covers our extra costs in allowing your fur kidz to stay, keeping it pet friendly and reinstating it 100 spotlessly clean for our non pet owning guests. If you are planning to bring your Pet you do need approval from the owner first, Pets are accepted with prior arrangement with the owner only, pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

We do have 2 beautiful neighboring properties if this one isn't available we are happy to offer the other one if your dates are free all bookings will be processed through Homeaway/Stayz websites. We always meet and greet.
For a short period of time there is the possibility of some building noise in the area, this has been incredibly tame and very intermittent, it usually ends between 2pm and 3 pm, so 90 of our guests haven't been aware of it. By all means contact the host if you want further information.
