Please note that this apartment is managed by Gold Coast Accommodation and has no affiliation with the On-site HILTON management.
All bookings for this apartment are handled by us. You will be personally met on arrival and shown through your holiday apartment. We pride ourselves on exceeding our client’s expectations.
Check in time: From 2pm to 5pm. Other times by prior arrangement.
Check out time: 10am
Carparking: Complimentary parking
•MasterCard or Visa accepted.
•Payments may be organised to our trust account by direct deposit before arrival date. Trust account details available upon request.
•All bookings MUST be paid in FULL. All bookings to be paid in full prior to handing over of keys. Keys will not be handed over if payment in FULL is not made.
•We strive to pass on savings to the holiday maker where possible through our direct dealings with owners of each apartment. As such, confirmed bookings cannot be altered or refunded in any way since these dates are blocked out for your booking. Any cancellation WILL incur the full cost of the booking.
•Upon check in, you will be asked to supply your current ID and a valid credit card for security purposes. You will be asked to fill in a form pertaining to the entry Standard Terms & Conditions of Gold Coast Accommodation.
•Excessive noise may result in eviction and immediate loss of bond. No refund will be available if this happens.
•Pets are not allowed.
•The owners of each property are not responsible for the holiday makers' personal properties while staying in our accommodation
- Whilst we strive to ensure the property is available for you as booked, we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot be held liable for any omissions or errors regarding a property's facilities or services. We may offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard should this occur.
