This beautifully presented air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom aprtment is on the 14th floor of the luxurious 4.5 star Artique Resort. The apartment faces north with views of the ocean, lights of Surfers Paradise and hinterland.
Featuring 2 queen beds and a sofabed to accommodate a maximum of 5 people, there are flat screen TVs with DVD players in both bedrooms and the lounge.
Equipped with a full kitchen and laundry this modern apartment offers everything for a perfect holiday.
The beach is only 100 metre walk, at the end of the street with Surfers Paradise and the renowned Northcliffe Surf life Saving Club just a short stroll away.
As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.
Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.
As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a good location being only 5-10min walk to Cavill Ave.
Beds were comfortable and the hotel itself had a good pool and spa

Great relaxing stay, the apartment is quality, very spacious plenty of room for the little one to enjoy, nice views and just right for a nice stroll in to Cavill Ave and the beach. Great heated pool and very clean all around.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and blankets provided weren't warm and felt like plastic. Scissors were not provided as they were needed for cooking so we bought our own pair. The door to the balcony from the living room did not slide open properly and smoking was prohibited on the balcony. Other than that, location of apartment is great, free parking and the pool/spa/sauna were great assets in a beautiful section downstairs. The size of the apartment was enough for four people and waking up to a nice view was great. Overall, this apartment was a nice stay.

Excellent location ..... Great apartment
Great location with in walking distance to beach, main centre of Surfers, and tram. Relaxing on balcony with great views. All you need is here for a great place to base yourself for a fabulous time on the Gold Coast. Pictures on website show you what you can expect. Was clean tidy and modern. Great value . ( only negative would be the size of second bedroom but this was overcome by putting luggage in lounge room. Was ok for just one person using but be mindful it could be a bit tight for 2 adults) Main bedroom was excellent. Both beds have wall of glass and sliding doors to balcony and TV's as has the main living area. Have own designated car park space which was great. Easy booking thru agents. Would definitely book again. It was very hard to leave!

The property was situated close to the beach, bars and cafes. It was very clean and the balcony was great to sit and unwind. I thought the beds were not very comfortable.
