The apartment features large lounge with LED flat screen television opening onto spacious balcony, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms both opening onto balcony, 2 bathrooms, separate laundry and has reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning throughout. Hair dryer included.

Apartment comes fully equipped with all bedding and towels supplied.

Allunga has just undergone a major refurbishment of the entrance and lobby areas giving it an ultra modern look.


As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly Maintained Property Property was dirty and poorly maintained. The curtains in the twin room were stained and didn't pull completely across which meant the sun was in our eyes first thing in the morning. There was no outdoor furniture, the shower in the main bathroom was all blocked up and sprayed in all directions so we all used the ensuite shower. The lounge area had been rennovated however the bedrooms were quite worn and dated. Excellent location though! The room we moved into straight after was in the same building but was beautiful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent 2 bedroom apartment We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is central to beach, shopping and public transport. The facilities pool,spa, gym and sauna are all very clean and a pleasure to use. The apartment was clean and agent was friendly and easy to deal with.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent Apartment! The 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Allunga apartment on the 14th floor. It is a perfect Iocation for not only the night life but also all public transport and shopping. The pool facilities are devine but we couldn't find the gym that was advertised. The Apartment was clean and tidy but could do with a new couch as the one we had was very stained, and the zip fixed on one of the beds so our third guest could have had more than a single bed but they are only petty things. Belinda was absolutely fantastic from my booking enquiry right through to check out. We will be back for sure!
