This 3 bedroom Home in the Sky on level 26, has been completely rebuilt with -

- Imported stone tiled flooring throughout

- Hostess style kitchen with stone benchtops

- Breakfast bar and imported stainless steel appliances

- The apartment is furnished throughout with modern, quality furnishings.

- Magnificent 300 degree sweeping views from the Hinterland, Nerang River, Surfers Paradise Beach and south to Coolangatta.

- Huge lounge/dining, opening onto a wrap around balcony,

- Fully equipped Hostess style kitchen with imported appliances and stone benchtops and breakfast bar,

- Master Bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with hair dryer, flat screen tv and it's own balcony,

- 2nd bedroom with a king-size bed,

- 3rd bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk,

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Belinda and Alma from Raine and Horne were wonderful and easily contactable.Would definitely book this again. We also had the 2 bedroom apartment next door which was equally as nice! Thanks for a wonderful stay..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb apartment We recently went to Queensland to celebrate our son's 21st. The apartment was absolutely awesome. Super great views and located perfectly for everything. Located in a ideal spot for shops, beach night clubs and easy to get to theme parks. Our son and his friends enjoyed the ease with which they could go out at night. Everything with walking distance and the trams nice and close. I would not hesitate to make it my first point of call on our visit. The apartment was clean and did I mention the views. Outstanding. Looking for somewhere great to stay then stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and the kitchen is great to work in.
