This beautifully presented 2 double bedroom apartment in a great location situated beside the iconic Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club and above the famous Paradise Centre(Centro) Shopping precinct opening onto Cavill Mall.

The apartment is situated on Level 7, a lovely aspect facing north-east with a sunny spacious balcony overlooking the pools and onto the beach.

The Allunga Tower has long been recognised as Surfers Paradise's premier holiday destinations with shops and fine dining literally at your doorstep.

Apartment Facilities:

- Lounge opening onto a sunny N.E. facing balcony,

- Separate dining,

- Master Bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom,

- Second bedroom with 2 single beds,

- Fully equipped kitchen,

- Fully equipped separate laundry,

- Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout,

- All linen and towels supplied.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from brilliant property perfect location amazing views great facilities beach 2minutes walk shops and food outlets at the ready overall the perfect accommodation spot apartment had everything couldn't fault it from spacious rooms foxtel fully equipped kitchen and cleanliness throughout will be staying again !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Stay We stayed at Allunga during the September School holidays for 7 nights. We had a wonderful stay. We could not fault the apartment, we had amble room as a family of 4. The location is perfect, the view even better. Also the apartment had foxtel which is a bonus when the rain hit. Thank you Belinda we really enjoyed our holiday.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great location, tired and not clean apartment Fabulous location, great pool and sun. However the apartment was not clean, dishwasher, kitchen cupboard and rubbish bin broken, linen had stains and holes in it. Single bed springs had collapsed on one side. Also ran out of hot water 3 days in a row. Our stay was for 14 days, which mean our apartment was services on the 7th day. Linen was changed, floor partly vacuumed. No bathrooms were cleaned. We stay in Surfers Paradise a couple of times a year and decided to try this property. I would rate this as a 3 star property. We will not be returning to this apartment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding property We booked this accomodation just 2 day's before arrival, it exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was self contained, clean, easy to access, great parking, beautiful pool beautiful ocean views and great value for money. We have told everyone this is the place to stay!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent holiday property Thanks Belinda for the really good customer service, because with your quick reply I didn't bother looking at any other accommodation and I was not disappointed with the apartment!!! It's an excellent holiday apartment - nice and clean and very close to everything!!!! The pool and spa area is brilliant!!!
