This highly sought after high floor apartment occupies the preferred northerly aspect with magnificent views up the beach to Stradbroke Island, over the city, Nerang River and out to the Hinterland.

The apartment features -

- The apartment is beautifully furnished throughout and all linen and towels are supplied.

Located on the 47th level this beautifully presented apartment offers the perfect destination for you next stay in Surfers Paradise.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Standard property; Marginal satisfaction The property is well equipped with minimum supply of daily essentials. Very well located with excellent access to most of the facilities of Gold Coast. Management could spend few more extra dollars to provide minimum daily essentials eg. toilet rolls, bin bags for rubbish, soap, shampoo etc. Provision of internet facility could improve customer satisfaction. How guests could feel welcomed if you just left a basic infrastructure for their stay and they need to rush to the shopping center to arrange everything they need???

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful apartment....amazing views! We spent 5 nights in this amazing apartment in Q1....a very modern, spacious apartment with all the comforts of home! It was hard to look away from the fantastic views - the beach in one direction and the hinterland in the other...and night time views were a sight to behold! Only a very short walk to Cavill mall/shops/eateries....and a tram stop directly out the front, which takes you to Pacific Fair in one direction and to Australia Fair in the other. The perfect place to stay in the Centre of it all! We will be back again for sure!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from awesome view We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing every day. It was good to be near all the shops and restaurants. The appartment was not well cleaned before our stay and everything was a bit sticky. Plug hole in master ensuite sink was almost blocked.
