Perfectly located on the 16th level of Sun City Resort occupying the eastern most point of the building with beach views to the North, East and South. While this apartment is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment there is the option for guests to make use of the 3rd bedroom otherwise locked off at an additional cost. Please note when booking this apartment for 4 guests or less costs are calculated on a 2 bedroom apartment unless otherwise requested.

Sun City Resort is ideally located only a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise with its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach with a light rail stop literally at your front door step.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent property Great apartment - well set out , clean and very comfortable - fantastic views from all rooms, in a really good location with tram stop right out front . Hotel lobby and pool with great water slides, spa and gym areas all beautifully done, overall fantastic place to stay and Belinda and staff were great

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good location & great views with some "buts" With the light rail at the door this makes this apt very easy to access a lot of areas. From Surfers down to Broadbeach & Pacific Fair & back to Australia Fair for shopoholics like we were Key pick up & return is inconvenient as you have to be able to find a park in the side streets off the GC Blvd where the agent is. This is paid parking so be aware but you can also strike it lucky & just park & wait & hope inspectors are not around A more convenient arrangement should be considered. A car was in our allotted car space but we did find another space ok. And apparently this is ok as we were told if someone is in your space just find another without a "reserved" sign ha bit of a joke. There was a big function on on the Sat night with a lot of inhouse guests. We found finding a space a bit difficult without incurring a tow away in "reserved" parking. This is not a reflection on the agent more Sun City itself for not enforcing these rules. Very big apartment. 2 balconies both with furniture for quiet drinks while taking in the views. Master bedroom with ensuite 2nd bedroom with a very close bathroom which can both be shut off from rest of the unit. Carpets in bedrooms look quite new. beds very comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. Spa bath in master ensuite 3 piece leather lounge plus 6 seating dining table. Large TVs in both living & master bedroom but very limited "foxtel" In the techo age we live in why complimentary wif is not offered is beyond us. No overseas travellers or very few if any would stay here as they "expect" it There were some maintenence/housekeeping issues ie:some lights not working, soap missing, pillows musty, some type of stain on a doona, oven tray needs replacing which after bringing these to the attention of the agent I hope will be rectified. As the apt is too nice not to be in top condition due to maintenance/housekeeping not taking the time to ensure it is The ducted aircon needs replacing with individual units. It was quite warm on a couple of our days so we turned it on. Well the blast of noisy cold air that meets you in the main living area is great if we lived in 40deg temps year round. And we had it at a comfortable 22-23deg but the bedrooms you would hardly notice now we know why there was a pedistal fan in the bedroom The only other option is to open the balcony doors in the bedrooms (which poses a security risk) so do not think we would like to be in the apt in the middle of some of our summers Having seen photos of other apartments in Sun City individual air con units can be installed this also allows for each bedroom to adjust the cool/heat to their own requirements Finally a staff member we encounted at Raine & Horne Surfers Paradise appeared on the surface a very nice person but!!.... due to a blunder with an email we should not have seen was a little two faced with little or no respect for her elders.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will definitely recommend to friends We have just returned from a weeks holiday at Sun City and absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The location was ideal, the view was amazing, and the parking and facilities were great. On the negative there was hair in the shower, coffee stains in the cups, frying pan burnt and utensils drawer dirty but these were small things that we chose to overlooked. Definitely 9 out of 10 and we will return.
