Situated on the 17th level of the Allunga Tower, one of two towers also known as Paradise Centre Apartments.

Allunga sits above Cavill Mall and is directly opposite the main beach and beside the famous Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club.

You can literally sit on your balcony and watch your family and friends swimming between the flags.

The apartment enjoys fabulous 300 degree views north to Stradbroke Island, over the beach and south to Coolangatta and Tweed Heads.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great views This apartment has been updated and is very nice. The views are amazing. Whilst the inside had been updated, the windows and doors had not and we were very surprised that the apartment had not been double glazed. So quite a bit of sea and " howling wind noise". That aside, the complex has a great pool and BBQ area, plus a tennis court. plus the convienence of shops and supermarket on level 4. Instructions for the oven elements would have been helpfull.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic location! Excellent accommodation located across one street from beach and right above shopping mall. The apartment is in fantastic condition and furnished very modern and clean. plenty of room for a family of 6.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unbeqatable location and very good apartment For starters, you won't find a better location in Surfers. It really is in the heart of the action and across the road from the beach. The apartment block was originally built in the late 70's which means they're huge compared to recent builds on the coast. We highly recommend Apartment #1701 which has been full refurbished in all aspects and is delightful. Only one aspect needs attention and that's the aircon. I know that they're looking into this but the aircon just doesn't cope with multiple hot and humid days. Once the aircon is fixed, this apartment will be without fault. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely amazing We travelled as a family of 6.. 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The apartment was absolutely amazing. Nicely decorated, having just been refurbished. The bathrooms were better than some 5* hotels in Sydney. The views were just out of this world. We didnt want to go home. We will definitely be returning back to Surfers and will definitely be going back to 1701 Allunga.
