Beautifully presented large 84sqm one bedroom apartment located on level 24 enjoying magnificent beach and city views.

The apartment features -

- Generous lounge opening onto balcony,

- Separate dining area

- Hostess style fully equipped kitchen

- Bedroom with a king size bed opening onto a balcony with walk-in robe

- En suite bathroom and a separate laundry

- The apartment is air-conditioned and comes with complimentary undercover security parking.

Sun City Resort is ideally located 100m from beach and only a short 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise with the new light rail stop literally at your front door step.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing Veiw Location was perfect, Apartment was comfortable & it was perfect for our short getaway! Would only request clean sheets ours had stains on them but either then that we loved it everything else !! My partner loved it & we Would definitely recommend to people :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2405 Sun City Mantra Absolutely loved the view waking up to the sound of the ocean was magic. Nice big bathroom, kitchen was had everything you needed. Excellent location train station and bus station right outside the door. The amenities were great loved the big pool and food was great at the restuarant down stairs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Views, Great Location! Great apartment, very neat and tidy, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Within walking distance to Cavill Ave, and a tram stop outside the hotel made this the ideal location for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great apartment We stayed in this apartment for two nights, I was really surprised by the size of it. We could have easily spent an entire week there. The pool is lovely and great for families. Everything is within walking distance, coles, botte shop, restaurants and shops. Great apartment in a great location
