This deluxe sub-penthouse style apartment is located on the 36th level and enjoys absolutely amazing views up the beach, over the city skyline and over the Nerang River to the hinterland.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent apartment! We absolutely loved our stay in 36H. The view was fantastic and the living area and balcony was lovely and big. The rooms and bathrooms were all clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from STUNNING IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE !! We really enjoyed our five night stay in this stunning Apartment. The Apartment was very spacious and beautifully furnished exactly as shown in the pictures. The views from the huge balcony were breathtaking looking across at the ocean and from the side balcony you could see the city lights and then further to the hills. The Apartment is within walking distance to lots of lovely restaurants and shops and on two nights, the local markets were set up along the beach front within a five minute walk. There was a bottle shop on the same street and the local IGA around the corner. We cooked breakfast in the Apartment each morning and found the cooking facilities adequate for our needs. Great laundry facilities with washer and dryer in the Apartment that I used to wash our clothes before flying home :) We would definitely recommend this Apartment to family and friends and are hoping to be back next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly good.. On face value, this apartment is quite lovely. The furniture is updated and the decor is modernised. Clean and spacious with a decent view and generous balcony. There are some down sides including, very little privacy, with many of the surrounding apartments peering into every available window. The kitchen is very practical, super clean oven, but the cookware is atrocious. We were forced to go out and buy a fry pan, due the disgusting and faulty items within the cupboards. None of the items were cleaned properly and the kettle fails to switch off. One of the frypans had a faulty handle. Lucky for us it didn't have hot oil in it as it would have had dire consequences. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, however for the money paid, I would have expected, a selection of bed covers, rather than just one hot bed spread, and two single worn blankets in the cupboard. There is no cable tv, just a dvd player. Loved the telescope and the comfortable couches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could not have asked for more! Property was excellent, we got what we saw in Pic. Beautiful views of beach from the balcony and city lights from the bedroom windows was just great. Apartment was spacious, beds comfy and bathrooms clean. Overall a great stay.
