The apartment features -

- Second bedroom with 2 single beds and guest bathroom

- The generous lounge/dining area opens onto large balcony facing north-east which is secluded from the prevailing south-easterly weather and ideal for outdoor dining.
- The modern kitchen is fully equipped and there are separate laundry facilities.
- The apartment has ducted air conditioning throughout and comes with complimentary underground security parking.
- Wifi is available but it is not free.
As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.
Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.
As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

The Beaches in the Sky is a massive pool and leisure area on Level 5 of the resort, which also connects the 3 separate towers. Featuring a 600m² bell-shaped pool with natural rocky outcrops, bridge and spas all surrounded by white sandy beaches. Landscaped subtropical gardens provide shade for the many barbecue and entertainment areas around the pool.
Beyond the large grass sun-baking and recreation area The Great Lawn is the health pavilion featuring an indoor 25m heated pool, spa, saunas, gymnasium and change facilities.
Other resort facilities at the Towers of Chevron Renaissance include a private theatre for guests, club lounge and games room. There is an outdoor lap pool located on Level 2 in Tower 1 and 24 hour security throughout the building and pool areas. Families and large groups can hire use of the private theatre for DVD viewings. The club lounge is ideal for small meetings or functions. For the kids there are 2 large games rooms with arcade machines, air hockey and pool tables.
