The Peninsula Apartment complex is ideally located only 50m from the patrolled beach, 200m to Cavill Mall and the centre of Surfers Paradise with its shops and restaurants and 100m to the light rail station.

Apartment 28D has been refurbished and offers a modern open plan design absolutely perfect to ensure your stay is memorable for all the right reasons.

- 2 double bedrooms

- Master with ensuite bathroom and hair dryer included

- Guest bathroom and laundry

- The apartment is air conditioned and is fully furnished with quality inclusions throughout

- Complimentary under ground security car park is included during your stay

- Foxtel is free for your entertainment

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: A security bond of $200 to $300 is required upon check-in by either a credit card pre-authorisation or cash. This is refundable/released after departure subject to the terms and conditions.

As we are the offsite managers, guests are required to collect the keys from our office at Raine and Horne, 3066 Surfers Paradise Boulevard and return them to our office on departure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect location and large roomy apartment We stayed in May 2016 and really enjoyed our stay at Apartment 28D The balcony is large and really a lovely place to wind down at the end of the day. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils to make it very functional and the lounge area was very comfy and roomy. Bedrooms are large and spacious and we really would love to come back again, if we come to the Gold Coast
