Directly across the road from the world famous Surfers Paradise beach. Floor to ceiling glass to capture the views, fresh carpet and comfortable beds and lounges, this apartment is sure to provide an unforgettable stay for our guests.
Our spacious apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry with washer and dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, cooktop, oven, dishwasher and even an Expressi coffee machine Essentials are supplied - tea/coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, oil.
Bedrooms both have built in wardrobes. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has a double bunk single on top, double bed on bottom. All linen and towels are supplied.
Living room is equipped with flat screen TV, Bluray player with a selection of movies, Xbox and stereo with Bluetooth I-pod/I-phone connection. There is a split system air conditioner for heating or cooling needs.
Access to unlimited ADSL2 wifi internet
We also have one car space available in secure parking under building if required. Clearance for underground car park is 1.9 metres
You will have exclusive use of the apartment during your stay. Also access to complex facilities including 2 heated pools indoor and outdoor, spa, sauna, tennis court and bbq area.
Apartment is located directly across the road from the beach, there are many cafes, restaurants and bars in close proximity. Coles supermarket and Cavill mall are less than 10min walk. There are walking/cycling tracks that run for miles along the beachfront, bikes can be hired.
There are a number of patrolled sections of beach, please swim between the red and yellow flags. If you are into surfing, Surfers Paradise beaches have fairly consistent waves all year round.
Behind the complex is the Adrenalin Park, with the slingshot and bungy. There is also mini golf directly across the road.
Gold Coast has many great theme parks including, Sea World, Dreamworld, Movie World, and Wet 'n' Wild.

These times may be flexible on request depending on other bookings.
Guests will be met onsite at check in time. After that you can contact us anytime on the phone numbers provided if you have any questions during your stay. We can also be contacted via email before, during or after your stay.
We would ask that all guests treat the apartment as if it were their own home. Please leave it in the condition it was when you checked in. We only charge a small cleaning fee $60 and would like to keep it that way.
Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum, especially after 9pm, many of the residents are not on holidays and need to go to work tomorrow
This is strictly a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
The apartment complex does not permit pets of any kind.
Please notify us of any breakages, we will not charge for any minor breakages cups, plates etc but would like to be notified to allow us to provide replacements for the next guests.
Strictly No Parties - Management does not allow apartments to be used for functions or parties.
Light rail station directly outside building providing easy access to Broadbeach, Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair and Australia Fair shopping centres.
Coolangatta airport is 35min by car.
Brisbane airport is 1hr by car.
Theme parks can be accessed by taxi or bus.
