PARTIES, events and gathering strictly prohibited in the apartment at any time failure to comply will result in immediate evacuation and cancellation of your accommodation and no refund will be given.

DEPARTURE 10.00 a.m. EST.
AFTER HOURS ARRIVAL if arriving after hours please make sure you
arrangements for the key by phoning 24 hours prior failing to do so and if you have to make alternative accommodation we will not be liable for any costs.
LOST KEYS if keys are lost you will be liable for the replacement cost
if you are locked out contact the owner and arrangements will be made at an additional cost if after hours.
NO PETS allowed.
NO SMOKING allowed.
MUST not exceed the number of beds in the apartment overloading will render the guest liable for cancellation of the booking immediately.
WE are not responsible for any belongings left behind by guests so please make sure you pack all your belongings before departure.
CLEANING before departure guests are expected to wash and dry the
dishes and empty the dishwasher and refrigerator turn off all the lights and air conditions, all rubbish to be disposed of and leave the apartment reasonably tidy or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
DAMAGE to furniture in the apartment or linen will incur extra cost.
PORTFOLIO is provided in the apartment with all the house rules and regulations please read it carefully and any violation of the house rules will result in immediate evacuation and no refund will be given.
PLEASE note we are a privately owned apartment so do not leave the keys or ask for help at the front desk under any circumstances if you need anything ring the contact numbers provided to you.
