You will be warmly greeted on arrival with a personal check in and home tour. We want you to relax and make yourselves at home and are so happy to have you stay.
We are always available if you need assistance, however if you are going to arrive earlier or later than anticipated, please make contact as soon as possible so that an alternative check in time can be arranged.
A 24/7 number is provided for emergency calls.
GUESTS - The guest who makes the booking must be physically present at check-in unless previously agreed. No unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval.
GOVERNMENT ID - Please would you upload Government ID to your profile e.g. driver's licence or passport. Only Airbnb keeps this on file and hosts can't see your details. It is a great way to ensure security for you and for us. This is a requirement for booking to stay at this property.
CHECK IN - Check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am. As we hire staff to do a personal check in & home tour, a meeting time can be agreed upon prior to your arrival. We understand that travel plans can change so please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late. If you would like a check in between the hours of 9pm - midnight, a fee of $45 will be charged. For a check in from midnight onwards a fee of $100 will be charged as we send two staff members to do this.
PARTIES - We have a strict NO PARTY policy. This property does NOT accept bookings for SCHOOLIES, FORMALS, HEN'S & BUCK'S NIGHTS or UNDERAGE GROUPS.
NOISE - In accordance with the Gold Coast City Council, noise levels are to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
CLEANLINESS - Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes used. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
BBQ - As the BBQ is there for the enjoyment of all guests, please clean up when you are finished.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE - In Australia employees earn double & a half per hour on a public holiday. This means that if you want to check in on a public holiday, there will be a $100 surcharge applicable to cover the cost of additional staff wages. Public holidays include:

EXTRA CLEANING - On request, we can arrange a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of $175, which includes the provisions of fresh hotel quality linen and towels.
LINEN REPLACEMENT - On request, we can supply fresh linen during your stay at an additional cost of $25 per bed change.
DAMAGES - We understand that accidents happen. Please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible, which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too :
LOST KEYS - In the event that guests lose keys, the cost to replace the keys will be charged to the guest at a cost of $45 for a key.
EMERGENCY CALLOUT - If guests call for emergency assistance onsite during the hours of 8pm-7am e.g. locking oneself out or causing damage to the property the guest will be charged $50 for the first hour and $25 per hour thereafter.
